One thing I don't understand this claim was issue from Dick, PM are getting so excited when still you don't know if is true or not, when we all know Serbia still is asked over and over to find missing persons from Kosovo war and dealing with there mess when it comes to the war crimes

lol, jerry the mouse must explain what he believes "credible" is...

a report on a report on a report about an allegation based on a report from a milosovic era fantastical is NOT credible.

Nenad from Melbourne

A big push for a quick investigation could lead to death to the issue as everyone admits there is no credible evidence to be found.

"Yes johny boy, you are right Belgrade takes it very easy, most probably they no something that you don't, so you should really be worried like all the
k-a here who are showing a certain level of nervosity, woundering why.... "

As a person wanting the truth; Serbia not doing anything about is worrying; since the most interested party is being lethargic and quite apathetic.

Also, Jovan is not a mistake. Ask Mike and Peggy used to claim for a long time they weren't Serbs. Lasted more than a year, until they started complaining about "our southern province".

"If your are so convinced that this guy is an angel, then why repeating 100 times per day that he is not what he is supposed to be..... "

-- Read my posts. I am not convinced at all about innocence or guilt. Neither am I repeating that he is innocent. Right now I am skeptic but very willing and urgently wanting a thorough international investigation. Something which you seem to be against. I am skeptic because the story line changes every day. It changes in terms of geography, it changes in terms of those included and it changes in terms of circumstances. This without any criminal investigation even starting. I am also skeptic because of Serbia's uncharacteristic apathy; especially as the most interested party.

"The time will show"

-- It will indeed but I was hoping you could actually care enough to hope and urge for this to come fast rather than the total lack of care about the urgency over the matter.

"...but am afraid that this time Mr Marty is holding his bone very tight"

-- Two things here.

1). I hope that sooner rather than later he releases the evidence he claims to have. For a serious issue such as this; it is very unfortunate to withhold information for such a long time. There are institutions that can be trusted; most powerful of which is the UNSC. If not he can make it public over the WikiLeaks.

2). I wouldn't use the word bone and Marty in the same sentence. Especially if the yellow house is somewhere in the story. Do some more reading about this. There are some claims out there that lets say make Marti's private visit in Albania a little iffy.

"and likewise he did for the CIA he will go to the end..., "

-- Last time I checked it was foreign intelligence agencies that made this public. It was released on newspapers and media prior to Marti ever starting to write a report on this. Specifically the story about the German national was made public years before Marti even started the report. Last time I checked nobody got punished because of what Dick brought to "light". There were no court proceedings over this. I do hope that this is not what you're praying for but that rather you want some results in this case; unlike the other one.
It seems that whatever report Marti publishes, nobody ever gets investigated or prosecuted on. That is not a good record.

"morever now that he got his fat check from Moscow and Belgrade :))"

-- Well you claim to be swiss. I take it you're better versed than me on banking and money wiring issues. I leave to a specialist like you. :))

I would be VERY surprised if there is any trace of evidence left to be found.

These allegations and accusations are nothing new!
They have been around for years and the international community has done nothing about it!

The Shiptars have had over 10 years to cover their tracks and destroy any evidence and kill any potential witnesses or accomplices.
We are dealing with experienced and professional criminals here, they know how to get away with murder.

Unsurprisingly, Albania has consistently refused conduct any investigations what so ever. No doubt to protect their own corrupt leaders.

It is also painful obvious that the EU is unwilling to proceed with this as it will expose itself in the involvement and cover up of these heinous crimes.

This whole situation will be neatly swept under the rug.
The criminals in Brussels and Pristina will continue in their evil ways, and the innocent victims will not receive any justice!

Jeremic hardly puts a foot wrong these days, this is absolutely the correct approach - no hysteria, no making up numbers or screaming about propaganda and corruption like the other side does..

"Being negative is easy. There will always be a downside to everything good, a hurdle to everything desirable, a con to every pro. The real courage is in finding the good in what you have, the opportunities in every hurdle, the pros in every con."

All of the provocative criticisms, wrongful accusations, hurtful lies and attacks, envy,(both from home and abroad) you name it, and Vuk remained true to his name and himself. In ancient times we gave these names to our children in hope that some of the qualities of the name given might rub-off on the children--in this young man's case, in my opinion, it worked. His approach to his duties to the people of his country and his work ethic reminds me of an old Jewish Proverb:
"I ask not for a lighter burden, but for broader shoulders".

This Ralph Waldo Emerson quote rings so true about this young man's character:

"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment."

As a leader of Serbia, Tadich, to all peace loving people is a "hero", as he he has clearly grasped that:

"No kind action ever stops with itself. One kind action leads to another. Good example is followed. A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees. The greatest work that kindness does to others is that it makes them kind themselves". Amelia Earhart

If this rings as cheezy and a suck-up to some, than let it ring. If our opposition can "brag" about their own leaders here on B92, so can we. (so I assume)
I choose to quote others' material to point our leaders' positive qualities, thus preventing the possibility of being accused of spreading Serbian propaganda.

For us Serbs, I chose these to help us.
Since many admire Chinese proverbs, here is one: "The diamond cannot be polished without friction, nor the man perfected without trials" = "Without adversity, we never grow. You should be grateful that you are given tests every day from which you learn and grow. If you are not tested every day, you are stagnant and on your way to dying."

"Not appreciating what we have now, robs us of our abundance even when it exists".

"Never blame any day in your life.
Good days give you happiness.
Bad days give you experience.
Worst days give you a lesson."-Unknown

"Jeremic hardly puts a foot wrong these days, this is absolutely the correct approach - no hysteria, no making up numbers or screaming about propaganda and corruption like the other side does, just let reputable third parties uncover and publicise the facts for themselves. "

-- Actually this is totally the wrong approach. What the hell do you expect Luxenburg and a bunch of journalist to do. They are not the people you should ask for investigation. They hold no power to do anything about it. The people with power are those of the UNSC. That's where this conversation should be held. The fact that Serbia refuses to do so is strange. Its as if Serbia really wants Thaci to remain in power; rather than demand from the UNSC an urgent investigation that most likely would cause him to not have any power. Why? I would thing the UNSC is the most powerful and reputable third party. Why refuse to ask for their support and their mandate?

Also as for corruption hit the other sections of B92. Just about every day there is an article about the increased levels of corruption in Serbia. I still have to rid one article where they actually arrest someone over corruption.

"What's more, Jeremic's and Belgrade's cool approach suggests they know the facts are on their side, which would also explain the aggressive nervousness of Pristina and its cheerleaders on here."

-- Actually what's more is that Belgrade's approach suggests they don't have squat. When they had something they called urgent meetings at the UNSC; mind you this was about a couple of phone lines. The fact that they don't even bother and care to approach the UNSC suggest that that the real goal is to prolong the media hype as long as possible; rather than seek an investigation that reveals the truth and possibly removes Thaci from office. It seems they are more interested in Thaci remaining in power than requesting immediate investigations at the UNSC and risking Thaci's fall. When you have Thaci, and the Albanian president call for international investigations over this issue before the morons in Belgrade actually realized that this is some pretty serious sh..t, then you realize that Belgrade's apathy really equals not giving a crap about revealing the truth but rather being very preoccupied with political calculations. It is politically horrible for Belgrade to risk an investigation and have Thaci lose power at this moment. Hence Belgrade doesn't do squat. They believe that a wounded Thaci would be easier to manipulate. If Thaci isn't there (removed from investigations) and someone that has no allegations thrown at him/her is there; Belgrade's position changes drastically. Hence Belgrades decision not to give a crap about a fast beginning of investigations. Belgrade's words do not match its action's. This of course is not new. That's always been the case.

The criminals in Brussels and Pristina will continue in their evil ways, and the innocent victims will not receive any justice!

not to give a crap about a fast beginning of investigations. Belgrade's words do not match its action's. This of course is not new. That's always been the case.
(johny, 21 December 2010 19:03)

Yes johny boy, you are right Belgrade takes it very easy, most probably they no something that you don't, so you should really be worried like all the
k-a here who are showing a certain level of nervosity, woundering why....
If your are so convinced that this guy is an angel, then why repeating 100 times per day that he is not what he is supposed to be..... The time will show but am afraid that this time Mr Marty is holding his bone very tight and likewise he did for the CIA he will go to the end..., morever now that he got his fat check from Moscow and Belgrade :))

Did you think that I would leave out those that "love" Serbia and are still wishing to destroy her? For you guys I saved one of my favorite quotes
by Winston Churchill:

"If you are going through hell, keep going"

A big push for a quick investigation could lead to death to the issue as everyone admits there is no credible evidence to be found.

Albanians don't count as everyone.

lol, jerry the mouse must explain what he believes "credible" is...

a report on a report on a report about an allegation based on a report from a milosovic era fantastical is NOT credible.

One thing I don't understand this claim was issue from Dick, PM are getting so excited when still you don't know if is true or not, when we all know Serbia still is asked over and over to find missing persons from Kosovo war and dealing with there mess when it comes to the war crimes
