Yes, it seems we finally have competent people bringing peace and reconciliation to the region but others who support criminals and terrorists are in a panic and uncontrollable spin.

It is very simply guys - let the truth be known. Then we can reconcile and bring peace to the region.

"Marty's been paid by the Serbs, etc, etc" (which begs the question, if true, why they didn't just send Behgjet Pacolli round to Marty's place with his bag of dollars. Whereas there is still a way to go in establishing beyond reasonable doubt the truth of the allegations, it should be obvious to anyone not blind that this investigation is not politically motivated. Had the report been prepared by a Serbian expat NGO, one would be rightly sceptical. However this is the Council of Europe. Look at its record, hardly one of unalloyed Serbophilia/Albophobia. And the report's author is a respected senator from Switzerland, early recogniser of Kosovan UDI and long time home from home of the KLA and its successor mafia formations.

Whether you're convinced that Thaci is an organ farmer or not, at least don't insult the world's intelligence by trying to claim that this is a Belgrade plot.

don't waste your breath dave. a few days ago the pro-alb moron bloggers on this site were pointing at marty's visit to russia immediately after the publication of the report as 'proof' that he was anti-albanian.

EA, why do you, and other Thaci supporters scream foul, without waiting to see what comes out of all this? An accusation has been made, and the proper authorities will deal with it. It will either be brought to trial if there is enough evidence, or it will be covered up by the powers that be. But by sreaming assumption, you are inferring that Marti's findings have no merit. It makes you sound biased, not one that wants the truth.

b) Tirana airport at the time was controlled by the US army, that had a base of Apache helicopters there. The entire Albania's airspace was controlled by NATO. It's hard to beleive that they would allow private planes to come and go and transport organs as they wish, in the middle of a war.

My god, it sounds like Thaci is a saint. So: Even if the organ harvesting allegetions should prove wrong, it's well known that he's corrupt, had mafia connections and was involved in organized crimes. There are several files of foreign intelligence services about that. He was a persona non grata in Switzerland. lids it has been established already that the old yellow house fairy tale was a bad joke. Get on with the news; update yourself. Now Marti claims this other house in Fushe-Kruje.
Even that seems like a fairy tale because:

1. This is a very populated area, very close to Tirana and at a time where thousands of volunteers from all over the world were there, it seems very implausible that there were 500 people in one little house and nobody saw this.

2. It becomes even harder to believe when the Serb prosecutor and even Marty claims that they were killed. In such a populous area where the red cross, doctors without borders, and just about any charitable foundation from all over the world was there, it is very implausible that nobody saw about 500 bodies being carried in and out of a little house in the middle of the city.

3. It is very implausible that nobody saw, heard 500 people being killed, in the middle of the city. Especially with so many foreigners around.

4. It is very implausible that 500 people were kept in captivity in a little house in the middle of a city; with so many foreigners around. It becomes even less believable when one considers that 400 of them where Serbs and could not have possibly disappeared in the crowd seeing that they couldn't speak Albanian.

5. It becomes even harder to believe that they were transported through the Tirana airport considering that it was managed by the NATO command and during and after the war there were no private flights.

Finally; there are some huge gaps in these stories. It is very weird that the yellow house theory was abandoned after hearing for so many years how many strong proofs there were about it.
So the possibilities are:
1. None of these things happened.
2. If it happened it was way less than 500 people. Too large of an operation to be unnoticed. Too little space for such an operation. Too much risk with people from all over the world witnessing.
3. Neither the yellow house nor this other house fit the story. Too many holes into the story.

don't waste your breath dave. a few days ago the pro-alb moron bloggers on this site were pointing at marty's visit to russia immediately after the publication of the report as 'proof' that he was anti-albanian.

EA, why do you, and other Thaci supporters scream foul, without waiting to see what comes out of all this? An accusation has been made, and the proper authorities will deal with it. It will either be brought to trial if there is enough evidence, or it will be covered up by the powers that be. But by sreaming assumption, you are inferring that Marti's findings have no merit. It makes you sound biased, not one that wants the truth.

The report was released after the election. So there has been no influence. Well, probably it would not even have influenced the elections if it was released before, because, as we can see here,
still many Albanians defend their "hero" Thaci, just like many serbs defend Mladic, Milosevic. And I'm not surprised about irregularities, neither. Election fraud is a small fish compared to the other crimes.

this report is nothing but lies, especially when it comes to organ trafficking, how can anyone seriously claim that someone was cut up and organs removed in such circumstances such as the yellow house, I doubt that they had the capability to circumcise anyone let alone remove their organs to be resold.

I haven’t seen one comment from Albanian trolls on this forum that would even remotely suggest that this crime was passable. You guys are in total denial. My god, it sounds like Thaci is a saint. So: Even if the organ harvesting allegetions should prove wrong, it's well known that he's corrupt, had mafia connections and was involved in organized crimes. There are several files of foreign intelligence services about that. He was a persona non grata in Switzerland. I don't understand the Kosovarians who want a person like that as a prime minister, or, beware, even the head of their "state"?
