I think it will not be responsibility for Eulex or Hague Tribunal if D.Marty or Serbian prosecutors does not present their evidences to their prosecutors.

Hand over the evidences then ask them to fulfil their responsibilities!

What makes you think that Dick Marty is an angel? Is that because the report was written in Belgrade and sold in Brussel with Russian approval?
(EA, 21 December 2010 14:46)

Naturally Marty is a nasty piece of work because he is going against western carpology. One the one hand you Albanians applaud everything the US does but when something does not go your way it has to be a fraud.

This is only the beginning wait until 2011. More to ocme.

Consider the number of Serbian war criminals is there any doubt that ALL Serbian government officials are war criminals?
See we can play that game all day long.

Oh! You have not through this one through? Have you? The only reason there are so called Serbian war criminals is because they made the west, and in particular the US, look like FOOLS. Had they heeded this sign your loved ally would be still on top instead of dying a thousand deaths in Iraq and now Afghanistan. The US clowns now openly deal with a criminal in the form of Thaci, ha, ha, ha.

So much for your western legal system. They can’t pin anything on Seslj and still hold him prisoners. What’s the west’s motto again “Rule of Law”.

If you care to look it up you will find that based on the number of Albanians living in European countries they are well over represented in the prisons so this is not an idle statement. In fact considering there is a very small number living in Australia, 10,000, there are 800 in gaol.

If I remember well, the k-a were so happy about the presence of Eulex to clean kosovo from criminal elements, for whatever reason now they aren't anymore.... Ah yes, now that one of their heroes is eventually in the spot light, Eulex became an ennemy...

However whoever read this.... would want to learn a bit more...

Considering the number of Albanians in gaols throughout the world is there really any doubt that Thaci is a criminal or for that matter the rest of those so called democratic loving government in Pristina?

Do not worry, Eulex and Kosova together with Albania, will take their responsibility.
(The Eagle, 21 December 2010 11:19)

First: it is Kosovo, not Kosovo (please learn to write English please).

Second: as EULEX is governing the Serbian province of Kosovo (under the framework of UNMIK as per 1244) it is logical that indeed EULEX takes action!

For 15 years Ratko Mladic is hiding in Serbia, and now Serbia calls on EULEX to take responsibility. I didn't know that war crimnals can be funny.

You mean the 'responsibility' of Kosovo (and to some extend, Albania) to claim that it never happened, thus there's simply no need for investigations, and blocking and hindering all investigations of international bodies? And, unlike Haradinaj, some other persons are still free in Kosovo, so maybe some more witnesses will disappear?

Without evidence you have no case and this will ultimately back-fire to Serbia.

Yes that’s right, it’s been “investigated” by the powers of goodness and niceness and all accusations by the forces of evil are unfounded.
Carla del Ponte is one of your toadies not ours. Even she now claims that these accusations are true. Considering the number of Albanians in gaols throughout the world is there really any doubt that Thaci is a criminal or for that matter the rest of those so called democratic loving government in Pristina?

EA

As far as I am aware the accusations mentioned by Dick Marty in his report have been investigated before and proved unsubstantiated. In other words good material for Agatha Christie book "Carla del Ponte".
