The lower rate should be for necesseties, and although many cannot live without a computer, it is not essential.
However with an average take-home pay of 344euro per month in Serbia, where to people get the money to buy a computer in the first place.
However this is just another nail in the coffin of the ordinary honest citizen, the only way to survive in this country is Cash, Cash, Cash and pay no tax
