Yes, the KLA, NATO and UNMIK (in those days) formed part of the joint criminal enterprise.
(Zoran, 20 December 2010 12:19)

Yes you wright Zoran. And now is time again to listen to them, otherwise you know what will happen.
You could have listen to russians allso but only if Kosova was in border with Chechnia.

Ahh, oops, I forgot, Serbs didn't do any harm to anyone...

It's called selective justice Top, in case you weren't aware. The justice at that time was anti-Serbian and Del Ponte played her role in it. That's why Thaci, Izetbegovic and Tudjman got away with war crimes.

"Wow, it's all coming out now! Del Ponte was as anti-Serb as most in those days. Has her conscience come back to haunt her?"

Sure, of course it make her an "anti-serb" to have prosecuted all the horrible war crimes committed by Serbs during all the wars in EX-YU. Ahh, oops, I forgot, Serbs didn't do any harm to anyone...

The Greater Albania nightmare is dead in the water.

Your nightmare and our dream is still very much alive, in fact there's never been a better time for our dream to be achieved. Slowly but surely we're getting there. The will of the people will be done.

No kidding Carla! NATO was in fact the organ trafficking KLA's air force, and that is a fact. How proud must be Wesley Clark of his boys!

You (the Hague) said the war crimes tribunal was about exposing all the crimes that went on in the territory of the ex-SFRY, but You (the Hague) sealed (i.e. locked away) all documents and evidence you have from your investigation of Alija Izetgebovic for for war crimes and excluded crimes committed outside the territory, as is its remit. Now we see that there is 'wiggle room' on war crimes but we only discover this now!

I would like to say that "I am simply amazed" at being surprised that such staunch defenders of human rights themselves either kept quiet or looked the other way when war crimes were being committed by their 'favorites', but I am not.

This is even before I go into the credibility of the ICTY as an impartial organization.

Let us not forget that the then head of the ICTY in 1999, Louise Arbour conveniently indicted Milosevic when NATO started bombing Serbia, lending the appearance of judicial credibility for NATO's war crimes.

What is even sadder is to read those uber serbo-phobe journalists and experts who have spent two decades repeating verbatim any allegation they could against the Serbs (taken as truth from the outset of course), writing histories of the Balkans and now seem to have developed a much more nuanced view of the who conflict, or finally swallowed their shame silently.

The right wing media in Britain is using the allegations to attack Tony Blair and the Labour Party, despite many of his foreign adventures having the full support of the Conservative Party and the media. These people have no moral compass except in relation to selling newspaper/copy and supporting war. Incredible.

Slowly but surely the truth will be revealed. The remorseless drip fed exposes will be harder to ignore. A project, whose foundations are based on crimes against humanity and yes that oft abused word genocide, will eventually fall just as surely as the turning of the earth. The Greater Albania nightmare is dead in the water.
