Do Kacin and his other MEP muppets still want to join the informal 'Friends of Serbia' grouping in the European Parliament?

This man is the embodiment of a jumped up little man who gives meaning to the word 'crass' and affords his official title far more power and influence than it actually has (Balkans/whatever Special Rapporteur for the European Parliament).

His opinion is irrelevant in this issue, but I'm sure he thinks it makes him look good back home!

As the scorpion said to the frog as both were drowning "I can't help my nature".
