The Yellow House, for example, is not described as the location where organs may have been harvested. This was supposedly done at Fushë-Krujë, which was close enough to the airport to make immediate transport out of the country possible. (The bloodstains and medical waste at the Yellow House could easily have come from treating wounded KLA fighters who certainly couldn't go to hospitals in Kosovo.)

Marty describes reports by ex-KLA members who claim they were involved in transporting prisoners among a number of houses - there is a basis for assuming that something was going on, but he has only assumptions about how the KLA was organized for his claims that Thaci was responsible.

This is undoubtedly one of the reasons Marty views sceptically the very public efforts of the Special Prosecutor in Belgrade to pump up every rumor he came across: Para. 18 "Nor did the team of the Special Prosecutor for War Crimes in Belgrade come up with very concrete results in this matter, notwithstanding their considerable efforts. The media whirlwind that surrounded the inquiry certainly did nothing to enhance its effectiveness." In Para. 19.4.3 he recommends that the Serbian authorities keep their suspicions out of the press, perhaps the reason they've been uncharacteristically quiet these last few days.

Unless investigators come up with evidence of Thaci's ties to the crimes, and especially their ongoing nature over the past decade, there may turn out to be a lot less here than is being assumed.

What does it have to do with "slander" if Marty is publishing his findings? They will be the base for further investigations.

Let's hope that now, with all the worldwide publicity, the socalled "Kosovo government" will be helpful to solve the case. If there are will be no evidence found, then may it be. But so far, all that Kosovo authorites have done is denying and announcing to sue Marty. If it's all a lie, why did they obstruct all forms of investigations? For me it only shows that they have something to hide.

What prisoners???? It's IMPOSSIBLE for anything to do with 'transplants' to have happened there. A medical impossibility, as every surgeon asked has said so and the accusers keep changing the story: it might happened at another 'state of the art building' in...WHERE is it? The report the other day was that when a kidney was needed a prisoner was taken out and shot and his kidney removed.
Curious as to why a dead body needs muscle relaxants and blood transfusions.
Showing more and more that there is no credible evidence.
Also it was previously mentioned all these medical supplies were found on the bank of a stream close to the "yellow house". Meaning it could have came somewhere up stream.
The Serbs and all their supporters need to gather in a big room and come up with the same story and then re-release the info so everyone is on the same page.

It is interesting to see that the very same person who started spreading that unproven rumor, Carla Del Ponte, was also responsible for destroying data which can help in these allegations. The fact that the Serbian prosecution refuses to file a case against Thaci just emphasizes that when it comes to hard facts, proofs and actions which supposed to happen when those accusations arise, responsible people react in an absolute, contradicting way.

The EU rightfully asked that the Dick Marty should present proofs. Apparantly, we suppose to wait longer. Wouldn't be surprised that this postponement will end somewhere after eternity, means never.
