I don't think Thaci and Pacolli can form a government by themselves since they don't have the 51% of the seats between the two to form a government, unless I missed a story about another political party joining their coalition.

Pacolli - he made his money in the West before the war.
(Amer, 19 December 2010 22:06)

He made his money in the "East" and if he calls Putin on the phone he addresses him by name. Besides renovating the Fancy Square and the cathedrals in the Kremlin - the entire government center in Astana is his work.

Go here:

http://www.behgjetpacolli.com

Than click on his nose.

Than click on .PHOTOS and scroll down.

This is his office - notice the picture behind him.

And by the way:

The square is NOT "red" at all, it's "fancy". The word is the same. "красный" = "fancy" = "red".
What is what - depends on the context. The "fancy" or "beautiful" is somewhat archaic.
But if you read fairy tales or legends, there is always a beautiful maiden there, "красная девица". If course, the maiden is not red, BDSM is not for children and it's not about face-paining or Native Americans either.

If you look at the Wiki you will see the explanation:

It is totally evident for anyone who speaks the language natively and I NEVER associated the square with the red color. The entire world does, it's probably the same nonsense as Russian "bear". Every time I read "Red Square" I want to pull my hair out.

By the way, originally Kremlin had wooden walls, later for a while - white.

The best view is probably this:

We can see that the painter who painted the picture for Pacolli was at ca. 10 o'clock and about 2-3 km from the place where the photo was taken.

Now - if what I say is true (and it is!) than what the heck was "red" 500 years ago?
The Polish second name of the actual hedgehog gives the clout: than it was "червонный", now that word isn't used that often. It means today "golden", but could mean "red" as well... depending on context!

And no one can deny Pacolli is energetic. A real Horatio Alger type.
(Amer, 19 December 2010 22:06)

This why he would be probably the best president of Yugoslavia. That he is a mafiosi - that is given.

But everyone, who is close to the "top" between Skopje and St. Petersburg is a mafiosi, except Kaczynski-s probably.

Apropos, Yugoslavia. This is a priceless clip for you, referring to the time when SU just opened and SFRJ still did exist in it's glory.

As we know, at that time certain things like computers, banana, blue jeans did mean "Od Vardara pa do Triglava".

You don't need to use quotes around the word businessman when referring to Pacolli - he made his money in the West before the war. Kosovo needs someone in government with experience in business - former fighters and university professors aren't the types who know how to attract investments and then ensure they are made use of. And no one can deny Pacolli is energetic. A real Horatio Alger type.

Serbian inat at best. What's your beef with Pacolli. He hasn't done anything to you. Or is it because you're dirt poor compared to his wealth?

Surely good for the "Fame" of Kosovo around the world to have a government under those two gentlemen.

And I thought they would at elast wait until the election in these 12 municipalities are repeated.

Well, they still can sue the media around the world for "defamation" :-)
