Who else but EULEX should do it in Kosovo? The Kosovo 'government' has nothing better to do then to deny and announcing to sue Marty. So far, they did everything to block any investigation and to destroy evidence.

We need to insist on an international investigation which involves Russian and Chinese investigators at the very least. Only KiM is under international administration and not the rest of Serbia. Why do we need help for Djindjic's assassination when the Serbian police were capable of solving the case themselves? However, if the international police force in KiM are covering up crimes, they are not doing their job and are facilitating the mafia. If your head wasn't buried in the sand you'd realise that Serbia acknowledges the need for an international and neutral police force but not one that is part of a joint criminal enterprise.

Wherever Marty "hides" you can be sure of one thing--he will be at peace--which is only allowed to those that seek the truth and are willing to forgive.

If we all in the Balkans brought out all of our "dirty laundry" and placed it on the altar of Truth, and our leaders called for reconciliation, Heaven would rejoice and we all would be partying and dancing at one another's feasts instead of graves--this would help us all to heal, and bring us closer together as neighbors than ever before believed possible.

Despite my disagreement with Ian on some issues, I value our right to respectfully disagree, and view him and Kate as noble Brits.
When, in his view, his country makes mistakes, he is one of the first to come forward and post a word like: embarrassing, thus, in my view acknowledging a mistake.

Kujto, you have a very good point. It is interesting to see how well the organised crime between Serbia, Russia but also Kosovo works so efficiently. Remember Wikileaks when Russia was described quite similarily then Kosovo in the Dick's report. However, that Dick didn't go much into this but in full scale attack against the Albanian side, while leaving hard evidence out.

I'm sure that once that medial coverage has turned down, the real facts will not only look very tiny but also laughable. But I believe that it was never meant to be a judicial case, but a propagandistic and defaiming broadside against a neighboring people. But I'm optimistic that this will turn again right, once the cases are going to the right places.

Also why isn't B92 reporting the fact that Meta stated in Belgrade and to Cvetkovic that such allegations are fabrications? I get that you want to portray your politicians as brave; but this guy and Berisha not matter how much I dislike them do have a lot of mouth.

Vekaric today mentioned the name of Lulzim Basha, in the current government of Albania, as directly involved in the yellow house case. Serbia accuses Albania of mass graves of Serbs in Albania, and they even have satellite photos, according to Dick Marty's report. How does the prime minister of Serbia react to all this? He meets with the foreign minister of Albania, like nothing happened. What does the foreign minister of Albania do? He meets with the prime minister of Serbia, like nothing is happening. Did they mention anything at all about all this noise after they met? Did they have a joint press conference? Any journalist asked the questions? Really is anything happening at all? Seeing the people high up there in the governments it looks like nothing is happening. Now, something does not add up here.

I like a good conspiracy story as much as the next guy, but Marty's visit to Moscow has longed been planned as preparation for the upcoming meeting of the PACE committee of which Marty is chairman to discuss the Russian-Georgian situation. Russia's reaction to his report will be interesting - Russia's trying to persuade Western companies to invest in modernizing their technology, poking a finger in its eye may not seem as much fun as it has in the past.
