Since the usa has shielded war criminals in the past and continues today, this announcement is not surprising. Since the usa refuses to acknowledge the authority of the hague over them, but routinely sends suspects to stand trial there, this announcement is not surprising. What is different now is that due to several recent incidences including this ghoulish revelation, the usa is not trusted in most places in the world and will get very little cooperation in their future plans.

Since you seem to be very ignorant of this matter I'd like to tell you that the customers were German, Canadian, and Israelis by and large. The doctor performing the transplants was a Turk and the donors were Turks, Kurds, Moldovans, and other former Soviet republic citizens.

America doesn’t cooperate with some other leaders in world for a much smaller charges! Slobodan Milosevic was " innocent until proven otherwise" too, but Americans didn’t cooperate with him!

4) Fourth - The investigation about this monstruos thing has already been earlier, but was deliberately obstructed, and the evidence is destroyed directly. About these things says Carla Del Ponte. - Chief Prosecutor of the ICTY, Dick Marty, and everyone else! Americans are destroying evidence to protect the Albanian leaders, due to political pragmatism!
But they failed to destroy all the evidence because the evidence is still exist! And everything will be proven if USA stops obstructs an investigation!

"You can see 3 Serbian spies trying to convince a Kosovar Albanian to admit that his organs were transplanted during the war. They offer him 60,000-70,000 Euros for saying that, reminding him that he could most probably get 300,000 if successful like other "witnesses". All this conversation is recorded while 3 spies are arrested by Kosovo Police, another collaborator awaiting to get arrested. They are believed to be sent from Serbia to convince people of this ridiculous LIE."

Now, let's take a breath and think for a moment.

So, here we a case of a Serbian agent offering money to an albanian (agent?) asking this to testify that his organ was forcefully removed.

Is this Serbian agent suggesting that the removed organ should be Albanian's brains? I'm pretty sure they agreed about this: "Let's say the removed organ was the brains because if you say that it was a kidney, they could find out that you've got both of them left, but who could tell the difference between an Albanian having his brains still with him or not having?

KOSO, can you tell me how this case developed? What was the outcome?

Olli, the person from Hague Tribunal who received box with evidence from UMNIK related to organ harvesting has initials PH (remember that link I have sent you few days ago). However, the whole evidence received from UMNIK has been destroyed by Hague Tribunal.

Would be nice to find out why the whole evidence has been destroyed and who decided not to continue with criminal investigation. Lack of evidence or something else?

And who can travel to the US without a visa? The Poles are (justifiably) bitter that they haven't been approved yet for visa-free travel, Serbians are hoping simply to have the length of the visa increased from 2 to 5 years ... Since 9/11, the US has gone security-crazy, no one wants to be the one who approves a change that might, just might, result in a blown-up airliner or a terrorist act on American soil. So it looks like everybody - including Kosovars and Serbs - is going to have to wait for visas to the US to be dropped. (They are trying to make the application shorter and simpler, at least.)

It has nothing to do with that what you write here now. Nobody in the EU didn’t mention in a single moment that is the problem, but something completely different!

Try to imagine how can be some potential Albanian Čedomir Jovanovic finished his career in Kosovo? In Serbia, one of the main theme today is whether gays should be given the right which they ask or not... is not an issue is the state prime minister a mafia boss like in Kosovo! Serbia is going slowly but steadily in the EU. And ask yourself where you're going with such leaders, and with that attitude! Serbia have a special court for war crimes, there are 44 Serbs (from the most important state functions) in the Hague Tribunal, the declaration by Serbian parliament about Srebrenica genocide, and much more ... Serbia is faced with own crimes and own criminals, but you defend your criminals at all costs! Or you really think that they haven’t done anything bad? NO-ONE IS SINLESS – Trust me! Because of that and many other things, Serbia is on a much higher level of civilization development and democracy than Kosovo. Ask yourself again what kind of people are you defending and who will have the most damage from it! Not Serbia - trust me!
This is not the way to build peace and a better future!

1)First of all – this is not a Serbian report, but the Council of Europe report! This is NOT “Belgrade's soup”!

2)Second - evidence exists! Witnesses exist!
Do you really expect that someone might say who the witnesses are, and to they disappear like all the previous witnesses against Albanian criminals?

3)Third - Tadic said what he had to say so as to prevent failure of negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina. But America doesn’t have to say that, America doesn’t have to worry about anything.
America doesn’t cooperate with some other leaders in world for a much smaller charges!
Slobodan Milosevic was " innocent until proven otherwise" too, but Americans didn’t cooperate with him!

1) First of all – this is not a Serbian report, but the Council of Europe report! This is NOT “Belgrade's soup”!

2)Second - evidence exists! Witnesses exist!
Do you really expect that someone might say who the witnesses are, and that they disappear like all the previous witnesses against Albanian criminals?

3)Third - Tadic said what he had to say so as to prevent failure of negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina. He must to speak with him, because he is Albanian leader! But America doesn’t have to say that, America doesn’t have to worry about nothing.
America doesn’t cooperate with some other leaders in world for a much smaller charges! Slobodan Milosevic was " innocent until proven otherwise" too, but Americans didn’t cooperate with him!

4) Fourth - The investigation about this monstruos thing has already been earlier, but was deliberately obstructed, and the evidence is destroyed directly. About these things says Carla Del Ponte. - Chief Prosecutor of the ICTY, Dick Marty, and everyone else! Americans are destroying evidence to protect the Albanian leaders, due to political pragmatism!
But they failed to destroy all the evidence because the evidence is still exist! And everything will be proven if USA stops obstructs an investigation!
Have you really thought that one so serious institutions like the Council of Europe is can give the report with such serious allegations, and that there is no strong evidence for that?
Dick Marty is man which is investigating the scandal of Guantanamo prisoners too. He knows how to do his job! Don’t worry guys!

5)Fifth - No one can stop the truth! sooner or later, everything will be revealed! Or the world will finaly find out the same thing what thousands of Serbian victims and their families already knows!

Did we miss somthing here or is the US political blowhole contradicting itself with this obvious doubletalk. If memory serves, I do recall countless accusations against Serbs for any and all deeds committed in Bosnia and Kosovo which labeled and demonized a whole nation guilty well before proven innocent.

Didn't Joey Bidden say this regarding Serbia ,"we should have a Japanese-German style occupation of that country." Sounds like a conviction by a cop, judge, and jury all wrapped up into one loveable fuzzball.

Where was the trial of the Serbian nation? Guilty until proven innocent, guilty for being Serbian, guilty because we the USA say it is so. Does anoyone believe the State Department lies except for the fanatical KLA supporters?

Serbia is slowly winning this battle, and as time marches on more victories will emerge...patience.

This should come to anyone as a surprise.

The United States needs to protect Thaci with all their might right now. Their credibility is on the line at the moment.

Olli, the person from Hague Tribunal who received box with evidence from UMNIK related to organ harvesting has initials PH (remember that link I have sent you few days ago). However, the whole evidence received from UMNIK has been destroyed by Hague Tribunal.

Would be nice to find out why the whole evidence has been destroyed and who decided not to continue with criminal investigation. Lack of evidence or something else?

And who can travel to the US without a visa? The Poles are (justifiably) bitter that they haven't been approved yet for visa-free travel, Serbians are hoping simply to have the length of the visa increased from 2 to 5 years ... Since 9/11, the US has gone security-crazy, no one wants to be the one who approves a change that might, just might, result in a blown-up airliner or a terrorist act on American soil. So it looks like everybody - including Kosovars and Serbs - is going to have to wait for visas to the US to be dropped. (They are trying to make the application shorter and simpler, at least.)

It was a sarcastic comment on yours assertion that the only reason why Kosovo had not been abolished by visa is that which all EU countries didn’t recognize a Kosovo independence. It has nothing to do with that what you write here now. Nobody in the EU didn’t mention in a single moment that is the problem, but something completely different!

Why you can’t talk normally with arguments? Why always blindly defend all that which is yours, even if you own know that there isn't a “clean job” in question? The scary thing is to do something so monstruos, but it’s worse to cover up that and pretend like it never happened! And not a single story doesn’t occur for no reason!

There is a difference between Serbs and Albanians. The whole world knows about the term "Albanian mafia", but nowhere in the world there is no term "Serbian mafia". In Serbia exists many politicians who speak differently from the majority opinion, and live normally and freely in Serbia. Try to imagine how can be some potential Albanian Čedomir Jovanovic finished his career in Kosovo? In Serbia, one of the main theme today is whether gays should be given the right which they ask or not... is not an issue is the state prime minister a mafia boss like in Kosovo! Serbia is going slowly but steadily in the EU. And ask yourself where you're going with such leaders, and with that attitude! Serbia have a special court for war crimes, there are 44 Serbs (from the most important state functions) in the Hague Tribunal, the declaration by Serbian parliament about Srebrenica genocide, and much more ... Serbia is faced with own crimes and own criminals, but you defend your criminals at all costs! Or you really think that they haven’t done anything bad? NO-ONE IS SINLESS – Trust me! Because of that and many other things, Serbia is on a much higher level of civilization development and democracy than Kosovo. Ask yourself again what kind of people are you defending and who will have the most damage from it! Not Serbia - trust me!
This is not the way to build peace and a better future!
It’s imposible that one side get everything, and that other side lose everything! It doesen’t work like that! As soon you understand that, it will be better – first for you, then for all of us!
