2) Serbia has no juridiction on this, therefore why should they.
3) Since the COE, meaning 27 EU countries have accepted the report, it will go now to the next step and allow investigation to go on.

This latest discovery (known for 10 years at least) will serve as a good excuse to decrease manoeuvre space for Pristina during negotiations with Belgrade. Kosovo will most probably split in two and there will be no chance for the Pristina authorities to even think about the swap of territories -North of Kosovo for Presevo Valley-.
I also suspect that some punishment will be exercised over Albania too, since Albanian authorities were involved in the crime as well. That will yet to be seen.

How naïve the one must be to believe in this statement. He knew about the organized crime, but nothing about organ trade? Everyone knew, and that’s no news for us Serbs any longer for many years already. And his cynical smile on that video makes me sick. How low human-being can go? How slimy character this man possesses.
However, what makes news these days is the fact that majority of world’s media publishes the truth about this gruesome crime, and that is, I must admit, very surprising. I did not expect such big media coverage and that is quite a news, at least for me. The media are simply competing these days who would write and publish as scandalous story as possible related to Kosovo, Thachi and trading of organs. Of course, media was already ready with the facts related to Thachi and his activities. . It only proves that journalist knew pretty much about the Thachi-snake and his so “human” activities. I am sure, more about Thachi will come to the surface in forthcoming days.
In addition, I am also not that naïve to believe that suddenly everyone is willing to talk about the Yellow House because of some justice for the Serbs, but because something else is about to happen.
I am not sure why all of a sudden change in the course towards Kosovo, but I suspect that some trade is to take place. Perhaps the the EU/US bureaucrats in Kosovo finally realised that North is impossible to integrate into rest of Kosovo under any circumstances nor to establish any control by Pristina authorities, therefore they had to think and come up with something that will save their credibility and face. This latest discovery (known for 10 years at least) will serve as a good excuse to decrease manoeuvre space for Pristina during negotiations with Belgrade. Kosovo will most probably split in two and there will be no chance for the Pristina authorities to even think about the swap of territories -North of Kosovo for Presevo Valley-.
I also suspect that some punishment will be exercised over Albania too, since Albanian authorities were involved in the crime as well. That will yet to be seen.
I am looking forward reading WikiLeaks knowledge (if there is any) on organ trading in Kosovo and Albania and who else (big fishes I mean) was involved in that bestial crime.
One thing is for sure, South of Ibar River stays protectorate by the end of its existent as such, and when the current occupants decide to abandon their project under the working-name “Kosova” they will just hand it over to the Serbs. Foreign intelligence reports have been going aroud for years referring to this subject and the involvement of certain Kosovo Albanian politicians in organised crime. To be clear reports that named Thaci and Haradinaj and their activities in relative detail, what trade they were both involved in, their close associates etc.
I have seen more than one report myself. The references to the subject of organ trade in these reports I saw only briefly mentioned allegations of organ trade. But nevertheless, Kouchner knew full well that allegations existed. He choose not to investigate, or was told not to.
On the other hand although Kouchner comes accross as the devil incarnate in that youtube video the Serb interviewer made a classic journalistic mistake. He asked the wrong question, he said 'what do you say to those who accused you of involvement in the organ trade of kidnapped Serbs?' I couldn't hear the Serbian interpreter's translated question to Kouchner, but he could have said 'the journalist is accusing you of trading organs'. Thus Kouchner hysterically laughs. However, if, as I maintain Kouchner did know about the allegations and the yellow house, then he would have realised there was nothing to laugh about at all.
Rada Trajkovic doesn't come out of that situation with much credit. But considering she has refused to help Thaci, Kouchner's comment 'she is still very brave' is somewhat silly.

1) Mr Marty was mandated by the COE to find facts, not to make a full investigation, this is the role Eulex, kosovo and albanian governement...)
2) Serbia has no juridiction on this, therefore why should they.
3) Since the COE, meaning 27 EU countries have accepted the report, it will go now to the next step and allow investigation to go on.
I have personally re-played the infamous YouTube video of this man laughing like a buffoon repeatedly to friends interested in this story. An unbelievably brazen claim for him to make. The world has seen you laugh Mr. Kouchner, and frankly, all you are now is pathetic.
