If KLA camps were attacked by foreign powers and the prisoners liberated, you would have a tremedous amount of proof for the KLA illict organ harvesting. But such camps were never liberated; all the physical evidence was mainly destroyed. When the Nazi camps were liberated, soldiers took many, many photographs to record the things they saw. Some soldiers even used movie cameras to show what was to be seen at the death camps. These nations which knew what was going on by the KLA should have sent troops to overtake KLA prison camps, take photographs and made films there, and take all the prisoners to a human rights center for interviews to tell their side of the story all the while gathering up all basic evidence of human rights abuses committed by the KLA.

But let EULEX end this charade with an investigation, and let the civil court case go.
Personally, I think that the false accusers should suffer the same exact penalty that the falsely accused would have gotten. So, if Jane falsely accuses John of rape, Jane should be sentenced to the same jail sentence or punishment John would have gotten. The keyword here is 'falsely' and 'purposefully' and we aren't talking about "Your mama is so fat jokes" here, lives of entire families and generations are being ruined with accusations in the European Parliament, not a local bar.
Like I said, if Thaci and other killed Serbs or any human being to sell their organs, they should, at least, be shot dead. But if they didn't do it, and the courts prove them right, how do they get the newspapers and websites to announce their innocence the same way they falsely announced their guilt?

These nations which knew what was going on by the KLA should have sent troops to overtake KLA prison camps, take photographs and made films there, and take all the prisoners to a human rights center for interviews to tell their side of the story all the while gathering up all basic evidence of human rights abuses committed by the KLA.

i wrote earlier about my first impressions of the report (miss Peggy, you'd better pick up some dr dean edell reading glasses, down under.) that, aside fr the very horrible and ghoulish accusations (which have always needed a proper investigation, and not fr the likes of hacks like marty or white witch), marty seems to have major issues with both albanian society and the US. in other words, he would feel right at home here!
on and on he goes, about the "clans" of the albanians, as if it is a major social disease, rather than a complex and multi-purposeful historical development. (i'm sure our stalisnist chuckle-master could find something funny to add to that.)
OK, we all may not come from the same kind of "sophisticated" background, but is that really what the report was supposed to be about? i mean should we also be focusing on swiss traditions? like their much vaulted neutrality, so called. like during ww2, when they oh-so-neutrally kept jews and anti-fascists as far from protection as possible, while so very busy laundering nazi $$ and stolen gold and art treasures?? i mean, should we be emphasizing that? the lies about the "neutrality"...

as i've written, one of my closest frnds is swiss, and he is totally anti-racist and anti-xenophobic, anti-homophobic. but he is the first to recognize the divisions and contradictions w/in swiss society, and how that "nice" mr marty (not to mention white witch) is not one of his most highly esteemed swiss peers.
Swiss papers have already started to question Mr Dick Marty . It's just a matter of time Dick goes down, along with his lies. Read this:

I personally believe, Dick Marty is likely correct. This is very different from what you say. But you are correct that it is fair if Thaçi sues his accuser. Roberto committed somewhat, what I believe is unacceptable, unethical and extremely offensive. At at least one occasion he called the entire case a "baloney". Calling it a "lie" is where I would disagree. But calling "baloney" ( = an euphemism for "bullsh*t" is a disgrace towards POTENTIAL victims.
I explained this multiple times and Roberto had at least 6 month time to say one single phrase somewhat like:

Both cases center in Europe. Both cases involved extreme secrecy. When talk was coming out about what was going on, there were strong denials. Evidence of the Holocaust surfaced ONLY AFTER the canps of victims were being liberated by the nations fighting the Nazis. If KLA camps were attacked by foreign powers and the prisoners liberated, you would have a tremedous amount of proof for the KLA illict organ harvesting. But such camps were never liberated; all the physical evidence was mainly destroyed. When the Nazi camps were liberated, soldiers took many, many photographs to record the things they saw. Some soldiers even used movie cameras to show what was to be seen at the death camps. These nations which knew what was going on by the KLA should have sent troops to overtake KLA prison camps, take photographs and made films there, and take all the prisoners to a human rights center for interviews to tell their side of the story all the while gathering up all basic evidence of human rights abuses committed by the KLA.

I never said that, you missed my point. Laws must be respected or be ready to face the penalties for breaking them. I just said that if Dick Marty lied (it's an IF, but he and the accused definitely know if Dick lied or not) he deserves everything that could happen to him, and then some. A savage will lie and try to pin the most shameful crime possible on you and your family, for political reasons. How do you think the people named feel now that "X killed people to sell their organs" are printed all over the world, if they didn't do the crime? Sorry but your comment was an epic fail, to expect civility you must be civil. There is a line, no one should cross and if you do all bets are off. Being called corrupt is quite different from falsely being accused of killing people and selling their organs. The accused have families, wives, kids, uncles, cousins and they see their name mentioned everywhere, falsely and for eternity.
If they did the crime (organ trading) there isn't an Albanian that doesn't think that they should be shot dead on the spot. Now if they are purposefully and falsely being ruined all over the world, different people react differently and they are different ways of making sure the media covers it. But let EULEX end this charade with an investigation, and let the civil court case go.
Personally, I think that the false accusers should suffer the same exact penalty that the falsely accused would have gotten. So, if Jane falsely accuses John of rape, Jane should be sentenced to the same jail sentence or punishment John would have gotten. The keyword here is 'falsely' and 'purposefully' and we aren't talking about "Your mama is so fat jokes" here, lives of entire families and generations are being ruined with accusations in the European Parliament, not a local bar.
Like I said, if Thaci and other killed Serbs or any human being to sell their organs, they should, at least, be shot dead. But if they didn't do it, and the courts prove them right, how do they get the newspapers and websites to announce their innocence the same way they falsely announced their guilt?
Here's a headline: "Hashim Thaci, Kosovo Prime Minister, Is Head Of Human Organ And Arms Ring: Report." Funny, right? It is until people are pushed with the back against the wall.
P.S. In Texas you can kill a home burglar with no questions asked, even if all he has is a DVD of yours (or nothing) in his hand. What does IMO have to do with anything seriously now? Are you for real? I don't need anybody to tell me about Albania's educational system, I went to school there for 12 years and I think it's fine. Is it on par with Korea's or Singapore's? Of course not.
As for Albania being the only European country without a gold medal did you check every single European country to prove your point? Because I checked 5 Balkan countries, Greece, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia, and of those only Serbia had won a gold medals, the rest had won zilch.
