Too bad her accomplice Holbrooke isn't here to enjoy this news too. But he would be very busy threatening Marti right now.

You got it. Holbrooke got off fairly easy to be blunt. He is just as guilty as Thaci is, in regards to the organ traficking. The drug traficking is a whole other ball-game, thats about to come out. Kind of strange this man just disapeared (died), from the scene right when the pot started to boil.

Finally, we arrived at the conclusion that these events were known to many intelligence services from many countries. This was known to the police, to a large number of people, who would privately say, 'yes, I am aware of that', but who, for the sake of political opportunism, would decide to remain silent," he continued.

You mean to the people from serbia who where catch in video for trying to buy witneses regarding this case you know the car they drive still sits in parking at the KPS parking lot ..I dont know maybe some of you forget about that

At least you hope he can't.
Marty is not stupid. He has done this sort of thing before and came out a winner.
What on earth makes you think that he is silly enough to claim something he cannot back up?

He is not Athisaari.
(Peggy, 16 December 2010 21:22)

No he is not Ahtisaari, that's why he will fail miserably to prove his report.

"Have you heard of any case (legally) where pulled organ can be pulled out of donor's body and be safely transported via air to receiver's body? If Yes I would appreciate you posting a link, because all I know so far is that willing donor and receiver have to be in the same clinic for the transplantation to take place. If this is possible now and was possible in 1999 then I am all for Thaci be investigated and face the court.
Two medical experts so far one from Albania and one from Serbia (his last name Stankovic) have denied this as possibility.
(Simpatiku, 17 December 2010 13:34) "

Transporting organs is done all the time - a standard scene in police and medical TV shows is a helicopter landing on the roof of a hospital with a technician racing toward the operating room with what looks like a picnic cooler in his hand. When an organ-donor dies, his organs may be sent all over the country in different directions - eyes to one recipient, heart to another, etc. They've been doing this for years, maybe decades. Note the 3rd bullet point on the linked page http://www.unos.org/donation/index.php?topic=organ_allocation: one of the functions of the Organ Center is to "assist with transportation of organs and tissues for the purposes of transplantation."

The doctors you quoted obviously didn't realize that the victims were dead at the time of organ removal - without the requirement for anesthesia and constant monitoring, the removal process becomes elementary.

On a related note, if you live in the States, consider checking the "Organ Donor" box on the form when you renew your license to allow your organs to benefit someone else after your death. (I don't know how they handle the process in other countries.) There's always a need.

Peggy
I want my PM tried and punished if such accusations will proven to be true. However I must ask you a professional question to you since I know you live in Australia and you most certainly are more in touch with modern achievements of technology. What I wonder is: Have you heard of any case (legally) where pulled organ can be pulled out of donor's body and be safely transported via air to receiver's body? If Yes I would appreciate you posting a link, because all I know so far is that willing donor and receiver have to be in the same clinic for the transplantation to take place. This report is eerily in synchronization with accusations stemming from your chief prosecutor. Add a Dick who has been against Kosovo's independence and you have yourself a case. See, I am not making assumptions. Pure logic ladies and gents. Dick, on the other hand, bases his facts on hearsay, himself admitting that he has no evidence per se. Let's see how long B92 can spin this story.

Stefan

pre 13 godina

Serbia fired the last bullet; a bullet named Dick.

Mr Marty is identified as a man who has always opposed Kosovan independence, and is now collaborating with Serbia in a conspiracy to discourage any more countries from recognising Kosovo.

Only 72 of the 192 members of the UN have so far done so. The first task of the new government elected last Sunday will be to begin the much delayed discussions with Serbia on normalising relations, and officials in Pristina fear the ground is being prepared to make them more pliable.

A string of other "coincidences" are being put forward in the Kosovan capital, to explain the exact timing of Mr Marty's report. One idea doing the rounds in Pristina, is that if the government remains in firm denial, it has no choice but to sue Mr Marty for slander.

The European Union officials in both Brussels and Pristina have challenged the author of the report to come up with his evidence.

"The ball is in Mr Marty's court now," said one Pristina source.

Both nationalities: Albanians and Serbian must know the truth, the real truth.
There have been crimes commited by Serbian officials against Albanians, as well some crimes from people identified with KLA aginst Serbians.
But here we have to take into account the propotionality of the war crimes.
Ok lets say 500 serbs killeed, everybody who did that should send in prison whoever is that guy. Also everybody know about 13000 Albanians killed from Serbian state during Milosevic regime.
Everybody who commited war crimes shoul be punished. Sociatey should go ahead and move beyond the politicans manipulation
(Noli, 16 December 2010 23:54)
REPLY:
Obviously you're uneducated on the subject...that number you're mentioning of Serbs killing 13,000 Albanians...only about 3500 bodies have ever been found and that was DURING THE CONFLICT...the 400-700 Serbs which were butchered for organs were killed AFTER the war was over...you either fail to mention number of Serbs killed DURING the conflict because of your ignorance or because of your undieing love for albanians/hatred for serbs...

First and foremost I am not a Thaci supporter nor did I ever vote for him. With that said Marty’s saying ‘This is nothing new’ is true in a sense that there is no new evidence; ICJY did an investigation, Serbia did their own investigation and there is no concrete evidence that these alleged organ trading occurred.
According to him and his report Albania, Kosovo, UNMIK, EULEX and any other groups (including intelligence services from the western countries) were not cooperative on the investigation or did not do enough to punish these crimes…okay, fine let’s assume for a second that’s true. If you Marty consider yourself a true investigator why do you focus so much on the source of these organs considering you have so many alleged roadblocks? Why don’t you focus on where these organs went and work yourself backwards…you indicate that the purpose of these organs was to be sold in the black market correct? They did not just vanish somewhere. So someone out there must’ve received these alleged traded organs. I’m sure other countries where these alleged body organs went will cooperate with you on this investigation. So stop making political statements and start doing some true investigation. Until then, in your own words ‘there is nothing new’.
In addition, the draft reported also noted that there are still more than a thousand ethnic Albanians missing; I wonder why Serbia is not being chastised for that on this report. Fishy, very fishy…

miri

pre 13 godina

Exactly that. Albanians who defend their 'hero' Thaci are not any better than Serbs defending their 'hero' Milosevic. Why don't they see that their leaders do more harm for Kosovo? Don't you think more countries would be willing to recognize Kosovo with a non corrupt government, based on people with clean hands?
(Top, 16 December 2010 21:48)

No problem with that. As soon as Hague requests an extradiction for him, Albanians themselves will deliver him in a silver platter. Unlike Mladic, no one will hide him, if proven guilty in the court of law. Until then he is still the prime minister of Kosova.

...Don't you think more countries would be willing to recognize Kosovo with a non corrupt government, based on people with clean hands?
(Top, 16 December 2010 21:48)...

No! Because the countries that don't recognise Kosova, they dot do this because the Kosovo gonverment is corrupt, but because either they hate albanians(i.e slovakians and greeks),hate americans ( i.e arab and latin america countries) or love serbs like Russia.Do you really think that if albanian PM would have been a very clean person the above countries will recognise Kosovo?100% no!
Secondly, those are allegations and allegations with NO WITNESSES.
Personally I don't like Thaci but I can not shut up when an anti albanian reporter, tells lies and doesn'e have ONE PROOF.Albanians are not protecting Thaci but their just war, there is a big difference.
Saying that Thaci has a big house doesn'e make him a human organ criminel.

Who else has noticed the selective justice supporters are very quiet at the moment? I suppose this news doesn't fit in with their agenda.

What a fiasco on their part. :)
(Zoran, 16 December 2010 21:29)

I have. Tadic, Jeremic, Nikolic, Kostunica, Ivanovic, Bogdanovic, that IM of yours, and the Ruskies are all quiet and silent. Instead of urgently gathering a UN session formally requesting a UN mandate over an international investigation on this issue; they remain awfully quiet, passive and inactive. It is quite strange especially considering that we heard about a phone line for months and months; yet the Serb and Russian leaders refuse to take any concrete action at the UN and all other international organizations but rather choose to remain quiet. It is very strange, considering the power Russia yields. And from a Serb prospective, it is quite scary. Its as if with their silence they want to silence the truth; but also make sure Thaci doesn't fall. There is a lot of duplicity in the attitude of the Serbs and the Russians. Their silence is eery.

Marty: Everyone knew about shocking crimes B92

Who knew the most of the story?

I bet Richard Holbrooke.

What about Madeleine Albright?

Our government is about to fail again. I hope Vladimir Vukčević will shut up a while and work faster + harder, he's not just payed- this is his moral obligation.

Also, as I said many times our secret services in cooperation with other structures and foreign factors should detain Kosovo Albanians, Albanian citizens, Israeli citizens and US citizens involved. It just doesn't matter how much it cost- 500 millions, billion or two. Big things are for big boys with a big "friends" and big weapons.

Vukcevic?

Marty?

I am skeptical about the final end of the story, there's "truth" and truth- truth about part of the subject or a whole subject. We achieved something from Kosovo and Presevo valley and some things fell (by luck) in our hands..

Lucky we are!

What about to use our "tourists", anesthesia and diplomatic luggage as the rest of "the normal world".

Move your asses while it's hot!

So 500 Serbs were held in jail, had their kidneys taken, killed, buried and kidneys sent via plane outside Albania, transplanted in European countries and there is zero evidence? Mart y was smart to say "at least a few" Serbia says 500! Go Serbia, more claims please.

Bottom line, all fingers point to the US State Dept. and CIA. They were the orchestrators of an independent Albanian Kosovo, they backed the terrorist KLA, because they (Thaci & Co.) had supreme power in Kosovo. The entire "humanitarian intervention" was a concoction, a lie, and the cover ups continue to this day. YouTube a German documentary titled "It started with a lie", and you will get an idea of what was going on. Eventually, the truth must prevail, it is a Devine commandment.

This includes Blair, Clinton, Albright, and that stupid general Wesley Clark.

The Eagle

It isn't hard to get evidence if there is any.

No need to put people on jeopardy but take foto's of the body (not of the head to keep the identity a secret).

Check where the organs went to.

If you have these evidences, than you can continue your investigation.

Until now none of these have been forwarded although the accusations goes back for years (since 2004) and where dismissed because of no evidence.

The only people that went of to genocide are the Serbs/Serbia.

You serbs do see the splinter in the Albanian's eye but seems to miss the beam in your own eye.

If crimes have been commited than these persons should face justice, whomever - whenever.

Also, as I said many times our secret services in cooperation with other structures and foreign factors should detain Kosovo Albanians, Albanian citizens, Israeli citizens and US citizens involved.
