Can anybody(an expert in domain) explain how possible is to do this organ's transplant in that yellow house,as we know it is impossible to do such a work in those conditions,I believe maybe could have been prisoners there but: that organ's transplant thing it is impossible.
I hardly believe this is Serbia&Russia "have to try everything" shame.

Marty seems to have evidence for "a handful of" (3? - 10?) organs having been sold during the immediate post-war period. Then he says the absence of evidence, which he attributes to the Kanun-imposed silence of witnesses, proves that Thaci was responsible for those and for the claimed ongoing trade in organs ever since.

EULEX and the rest are right to ask for a lot more proof.

He claims his evidence was contained in Western intelligence reports, and claims it was deliberately ignored. Or maybe the evidence was found upon review to be less than met the eye?

You know what's scary? Not one Serb leader took it upon himself to urgently request a UN meeting. Two days have already passed and not one word has been said on this. Not one Russian leader took it upon himself to request an urgent UNSC meeting on this. Kosunica, Jeremic, Tadic, Nikolic have all been awfully quiet. Ivanovic and Bogdanovic have been scarily silent on this. None of them have requested concrete urgent actions. Notice their complacency on inaction. This seems very coordinated especially since they're used to throw words such as pyromanics and terrorist when nothing is going on. They're being eerily silent when something of this magnitude has happened. 2 days have already passed. This silence is quite scary. But they all b..tch and moan for months all over the world for a telephone line. There is something that is quite strange in all of this. Notice the lack of actions from those who are making the allegations. None of them show any urgency or forcefulness in requesting concrete actions through international investigative bodies. Notice the reluctance and quite frankly the will to no be urgent and forceful in requesting an international investigation through proper international channels; but rather choose to be inactive and silent. Something seems to be going behind closed doors. The Serbs are being unusually quiet and keeping silent, especially when considering the phone issues, while the Russians are uncharacteristically passive. The West is calling for proofs. Something seem not to be right. This is not normal behavior from the Serbs or the Ruskies. What is it this time that is making them remain quiet and inactive over an issue which you would thing a little action would give them a lot of moral and political arsenal? Why are they uncharacteristically not taking advantage of this?

Even though an entire nation was smashed to bits on the basis of mostly hearsay.

(kate, 16 December 2010)

That is very cute of you Kate. All it takes is an allegation of Albanians committing crimes against Serbs and Serbia all of of a sudden is absolved of all its crimes in the past.
Whether this report is true or not it does not in any way change the bitter truth that Serbs committed the worst ethnic cleansing, and there are three wars and hundreds of thousands dead as proof of that.

But I don't blame you if I were part of a people that committed such heinous crimes I'd probably do the same. But in this case I fully support a full investigation of Thaci's role in these allegations.

Should some EU countris continue to protect the criminal Thaci then they are no better then he is, a rag tag organ harvester and drug smuggler.

Buy Georg how Russia leads Serbs by the nose they sure know how to play Serbia just to have them hear what they want to hear. Vuk must be beside him self doing cartwheels for Lavrov waiting for every bated word to come out of Lavrov. I really wonder what the price Russia will be charging Serbia and they will have to pay this time around. If true the organ trade Albanians are in a lot of trouble Marty should give credible conferable verifiable evidence to the ICTY if not shut up.

"Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic told a news conference that accusations of the Council of Europe and the issue of the electoral process in Kosovo and the possibility of Hashim Thaci being re-appointed as prime minister, despite the grave accusations of crimes, were two separate processes.

"She thus responded to a remark that Marty's report stated that Thaci is "untouchable" and under protection of the U.S. and other countries that have recognized Kosovo."

Actually, she therefore proved the remark. If the evidence is there, then Thaci cannot be the leader of an internationally supported (and funded) protectorate.

There is plenty of actual evidence, it's just always been covered up. I fully expect to see a response from certain nations debunking any evidence.

Even though an entire nation was smashed to bits on the basis of mostly hearsay.

The report should be made public as should the report on Racak which was used as a pretext for the attack in the first place.
