china they are the world superpowers militarily and economy.
(tom, 13 December 2010 17:55)

Well, the statistics don’t show that. Just one example for the military side; the US navy is larger than the next largest 17 navies combined. As for the economy; the US economy is 50% larger than the BRICS economies combined and the average US citizen is many times richer than the average BRIC citizen. So not sure what dream you were seeing :)

Dear friends always sit at a table as equals.
(Peggy, 13 December 2010 20:46)

Ha, ha, ha…. Come on Peggy you should be able to understand this at least and not be so naïve. There are no friends (let alone dear ones) in international relations. There are only interests. Serbia, Albania, Kosovo or other micro states are going to be as equal as the contribution they can bring in serving the superpowers’ (i.e. US, China, Russia, EU, etc…) interests.

Germany is under Russian control while Japan is bending to China’s will, so you are now left with the United States of Bankrupts.
(sj, 14 December 2010 00:26)

Ha, ha, ha…

Mustafa you have to keep up to date with events. It has nothing to do with “Ruble” but everything with energy – no energy no industry. Get the meaning now?
(sj, 14 December 2010 23:43)

Yes, the meaning is that “no energy” from Russia will make it economic for EU to develop sources of energy independent from Russia and Russia then will end bankrupt as the only thing that somewhat works there is the energy sector; but without clients…

Japan had a little run in with China about 4/5 weeks ago over a Chinese boat fishing in disputed waters and arrested the Captain. China gave Japan 5 days to release him or it would start buying the Yen sending it through the roof then dumping it on the market causing a crash in the Yen. Japan immediately released the Captain. Now do you get the picture.
(sj, 14 December 2010 23:43)

Yes, the picture is that Japan released a new defense policy this month that is aimed at providing its military the tools against China in the next decade or so. And China was so worried that had the foreign ministry declare that China’s development does not threaten anybody and bla, bla, bla…

This is not the 1990s, but 2010 going onto to 2011.
(sj, 14 December 2010 23:43)

Yes, and you should understand that Russia and China don’t scare anybody into submission. If they do anything stupid, that will only reinforce the work of the others to develop countermeasures.

oh please, we have seen Serbia embarrasing itslef over and over again at UN and other International conferences. Now, all of sudden they are begging Albanians to sit around same table.
(Agim Kelmendi)
-
Actually its your allies that were pushing for these talks, in hope that Serbia at this point would recognize. But as I said before, at this point the tables have turned unexpectedly, these talks will be about nothing, behind and under the table talks is when the real discussions will be happening. The fact that the both sides are meeting (in someway I guess), is a bold move regardless.

Please don't include Japan in the countries that support the 'abomination'. Japan and Serbia have a few things in common. The main thing is that they were both bombed by the US and both countries in one way or another are occupied by the US.
