Kostunica incorruptible? Ask any employee or pensioner of C Market whether Voja got the best price from the single bidder, Miskovic There were other bidders but the authorities changed the tender rules suddenly, without telling them, so Delta got their prize cheap and unopposed. The workers, the pensioners and the state budget all lose. Yes, very incorruptible.

yes anonymous of course Kostunica is incorruptible. Thats exactly what his party funders were saying as they accepted Miskovic's money!

And Misko's men answered 'just don't tell him'. 'He orders us precisely not to tell him, thats why he is incorruptible' Kostunica's men replied.

"But ideologically, Kostunica and Seselj were always as one."

lol.... you have no idea what your talking about. Kostunica is the only honest politician we have. If you can't see that what he's been saying all along came true than you either blind or just stupid.

I'll be voting for him come the next elections. Why? Because Kostunica is Incorruptible.

My problem with this isn't so much ideological.

My problem is that this is going on through backroom dealing and blackmail. Let us vote, then let them decide behind closed doors how will be Prime Minister and it doesn't matter whether his party only reached single digits from voters.

Yes, lets be advanced. A PM doesn't have to be from the most popular party. But let it be because he is one of the most capable and let it be from a party that is well supported, if not the best supported.

Democracy in action? I think not.

Yes Niall you do have to hand it to Dacic. Mind you, whether those who stormed the capital in 2000 are necessarily disappointed depends on who and why they were doing it. Most were probably there to get rid of a rotten regime. They may not be thrilled with what they've had since, but probably don't regret getting rid of that regime. Don't forget that Dacic has engineered this comeback precisely by distancing his party, quite rightly, from the legacy of Milosevic; the party now and then are hardly recognisable as the same thing. Yes, well-done for that.

Of course, for any in revolt back then who were Kostunica fanatics in particular, well I guess they're not happy seeing their man way out in lunar right opposition. But that was always the problem of picking such a dedicated nationalist as the leader. Back then Milosevic was allied with Seselj; now Kostunica is allied with Seselj. But ideologically, Kostunica and Seselj were always as one.

Interesting to think, as an aside, the SP leader the premier of Serbia and the former head of the KLA re-elected to run Kosovo.

Well there is a turnaround. A decade after Slobo was given the boot, his protégé, Dacic will be the PM. I bet those who stormed parliament 10 years ago would never have imagined it. It has come full circle and to their credit, the Socialists have performed what was seemingly the impossible. Dacic must be given credit for this.
