Ex-Croat PM arrested in Austria

Croatia issued an international warrant for the arrest of Ivo Sanader, and Austrian police acted on it, arresting the former Croatian PM this Friday.

Right you are, the rule of law, just however wonder why he was even allowed to stay so long in power and why he wasn't arrested before.
As Highduke suggested, desunity and EU pressure might have indeed helped this to happen....
