NGOs encourage K. Serbs to vote

According to the announcements, Serbs from the north will continue the boycott which is a part of a general policy of not recognizing Priština after unilateral declaration of Kosovo’s independence.

OK,so we atalking about 40 thousand up north, but over 120 thusand down south are willing to vote. It's ok by me, who needs does thugs up north to vote?

I would recommend that all citizens from Kosova will go and vote on the elections held on this Sunday 12/12.

This would in the first place benifit themselves and secondly would recognize Kosova as independant in which they will participate and decide their and Kosova's future.
