Serbian reps won’t attend SE Europe conference

Conference on South East Europe will begin in Berlin tonight. Representatives of the Serbian government will not attend the meeting.

This is a flat out lie. The reason for not attending is that: Acting FM Vlora Citaku from Kosova will be there. Why not tell the truth to the people?

Does it have something to do with (acting) FM of Kosovo, Vlora Citaku, attending and giving a lecture?

If this was the case, (and I hope you're right) why wouldnt he announce that? He could have gained some political points from his people, easy target perhaps?

Deputy Prime Minister Božidar Đelić, who announced earlier that he would take part in the conference, has canceled the trip due to obligations in Belgrade, his cabinet told Beta news agency
