-"Serbia must bridge the gap between its stated readiness to locate an arrest the fugitives and efficiency, as time is passing but no results are visible," he said. Brammertz noted that since his previous regular report, he noticed improvements and that the competent investigation organs in Serbia have started implementing Hague recommendations bla bla bla. -

If i were in the belgrade regime, i would kiss the ground that this 2 bit hack (brammertz)walks on. after some real mc coy prosecutors like arbour, then a wild cannon like what's her name, this guy is in their pocket.

so congratulations on your (evil) victory.

however, while some of you expect me to rant and rave about harboring mass-murderers, no conscience, reenactment of the 40s... sorry to disappoint. i've decided to write my next article about "hunting Mladic" and let's face it, if he's caught by then,by spring, it may just have a bit less resonance. but hey, this is serbia, no problem-0.

so thanks, nationalsts, and thanks hack "prosecutor." Your active/passive collaboration w/ mass murderer mladic actually works to my benefit. ha!

and to b92, as always, chvala mnoga. you set just the "right" tone.

The Hague Eunuch speaks! The deal is done. Serbia doesn't have to deliver Mladic & Hadzic (quel nom serbe!) to the ICTY immediately, but only before actually joining the EU, estimated at some 6-10 years time. Will Brussels and the CoM keep its promise to Belgrade not to block Serbia before this when Serbia gutted its UNGA text?

Of course Brussels and co. still want Belgrade to betray 350,000 serbs and other minorities in Kosovo (for 'good neighborly relations) and probably stab the RS in the back and force it to submit to the will of Sarajevo (i.e. the SDA - Bakir, we are watching your actions, not your words).

Still, there are more than a few vocal serbs who would be more than willing to do the above with a flick of the wrist, just to have that lump of fools gold in their hands. These are the same one's who think that giving Brussels and the US one of the above, means the pressure to do the others will be less or disappear, rather than just encourage the west as it proves that 'pressure works'. Unfortunately all nations have their useful idiots and betrayal and subservience is second to their interests in self-enrichment or 'intellectual' self-pleasure. Who cares if the current government squeaked in on a bare majority with the heavy intervention of foreign governments? It is for the 'greater good'. Macht Arbeit Frei!

Why doesn't Brammertz just call Hillary, and have her make another blackmail threat to Serbia, that she is shown (by Wikileaks) to be so good at? The White House and State dept. were very good at weaker pesuading (blackmailing) weaker nations to join their global warming initiatives, so just threaten Belgrade with something, simple.

With the release of Wikileaks, it would seem that Brammertz is now whistling a different tune. I would bet that the west is hiding Mladic and that is why Serbia has been unable to apprehend him.

Let us hope that the Wiki is able to release the Mladic cables very soon...
