The list includes plants that produce vaccines in Denmark, Italy, Germany and Australia. B92

They are worried about anti venom production here in Melbourne. Those rattle snakes must be a real problem in America.
I can't see how a terrorist will target this in hope rattle snakes will manage to bite enough people.
Not sure the list will give terrorists any help. They already know what they want to target without wikileaks helping.

One obvious change - there should be no provision for copying information onto removable media.

Wonder, how long does it take to make removable media look like non-removable in the Windows system. On some non-Windows systems it can take even as "long" as five minutes.

You see the "Physical Interconnect Location" property of the SATA drive being set to "Internal"? Guess, what happens if the driver is patched and the property value is "External". Or the other way.

"So it was decided that all information (below the highest security classifications) would go into one system, allowing everybody to see everything. It's now clear that this sharing went too far, and changes are being made. One obvious change - there should be no provision for copying information onto removable media."

Thank you for sharing this info with us. I was just wondering myself how could this possibly happen.

"USA is so "unhappy" that attention of potential terrorists will be shared and forwarded to it's collaborators, also!
(ZMAJ, 6 December 2010 15:34) "

If the Chechens realize just how important that single node in the Russian pipeline is (that controls all oil going to Europe) they'll have a target worth going after. Frankly, no one's heard of most of those train tracks and hydroelectric stations they've attacked so far, so as statements they've been somewhat lacking. The jihadist web-sites are already busy discussing what targets look the most promising. They'll be happy to know that the Serbs are cheering them on, I'm sure.

I do not understand one thing, how did one (or more) information specialists in the US Army have access to all this confidential American diplomatic data? How does one Army private download 250,000 US diplomatic cables on an erased Lady Gaga CD, and just walk out like he was bootlegging an iTune? I do not understand the US State Department's security system. Why isn't Secretary Clinton brought before a US congressional panel to explain how this was allowed to happen, in this age of advanced information technology? It is simply mind-boggling that DC's secret cables, with so much vital data, were so loosely guarded. They (US) have only themselves to blame.
(IUPM, 6 December 2010 18:01)

After 9/11 it was discovered that various agencies altogether had enough information to have discovered the plot, but because of lack of sharing among them, nobody realized what was happening. (Some had an idea, but couldn't prove their hunches.) So it was decided that all information (below the highest security classifications) would go into one system, allowing everybody to see everything. It's now clear that this sharing went too far, and changes are being made. One obvious change - there should be no provision for copying information onto removable media. A certain young Pfc will likely have many years to regret that that particular change wasn't made years ago. Will it really seem worth it to have revealed that the US government deals with unsavory characters it doesn't particular respect?
