The inspectors are usually appointed by the UN atomic energy IAEA. The nuclear non-proliferation treaty requires that members (Iran being one of them) abide by certain rules/safeguards set up IAEA....and Iran violated them repeatedly in the past.

Yes, but on a "smaller scale" this would be implementing sanitary control to a Taliban. This is not possible.
Actually it's too late as Iran has some nuclear capability already. This is what I believe very strong right now. By my opinion it's not about if they have but how many they'll have in very short interval of time.
Let me be stupid but allow me elasticity of several months if I tell you that Iran will claim nuclear capability tomorrow morning.
Someone can call them rogue, terrorist or whatever state but one thing is very real; there's no way to stop them any more.
Did you ask yourself why they claimed yellow cake capability few days ago? Yellow cake or "last chain" is nuclear autonomy in a practice, then it comes nuclear "sovereignty". Would you ever believe Iran specifically would reveal anything long before it happen?
They have supreme control already.
Iran is making whole thing joke anymore.
PS. Maybe I sound that I like it., and maybe I do somehow. If they were so determined, bright enough to do it with those sacrifices and consequences implemented- I'll "Heil" that. A bit more balance would be appreciated (leave those scary Hollywood/Pentagon scenarios).
Generally, I am against nuclear power and nuclear weapons, I'm much more positive environmentally than many people here would ever believe. But I Hate weapons too (any more) while my cabinet is full. Real world is not desired one, unfortunately.
