Nobody should be proud of empty talk, scoring of cheap political points by using Kosovo for daily political purposes,“ he concluded.

That's what Kosovo is for Serbian politicians. Cheap political points. You think you can stall us, and we drag you down with us.No UN for us no EU for you. You try to split the north of Kosovo we will try to split the South of Serbia. Keep it going.

As if. Pristina wants to be paid by Brussels before starting any negotiations.

"Kosovo Wants EU Visa Deal Before Serbia Talks

Senior official says discussions with Belgrade can only begin once EU presents a strategy for the country on visa liberalisation..."

What a joke. Just like Sarajevo, they expect non stop subsidies and special treatment. They are so clever that they put their own IMF agreement in doubt by awarding civil servants (read 'friends and family') a 400mEUR pay rise! (again via BI):

"....negotiations....based on the Constitution and laws."

The minister did not tell us which Constitution and laws is he referring to. Kosovo Constititution? Serbian Constition? EU Costitution or UN Constitution?

I personally know the answer. The "negotiation" called by Serbia will reach the dead end and the blame? Of course Kosovo Albanians. So Serbia did when the UN representative president Ahtisari try to achieve....

Good move. We see RUS pursuing the same Reconciliation with Poland, Ukraine and soon Georgia after installing enough pro-RUS realists into the old pro-US structure. For us it means that enough of the narco-politicians in KiM have been bought out
