#3 Now the proclamation was a clear statement answering the question Serbia ASKED. Many people predicted a vague ruling , myself included. You predicted a clear victory in serbia's favor. That made your prediction wrong not partially worng/right as you claimed.
Can't blame that on judge resigning, even hypothetically speaking he was in favour he would have voted pro Serb and not made a diference in the ruling.
Blame Serb politicians for asking the wrong question, Serbia got exactly what it asked for.

I think its is possible to take land from a soverign state. Serbia succeded in taking Albanian majority polulated lands in 1912 with the help of the great powers. Albanians had no voice no allies no military to defend. So its seemed rational for Serbia to expand their borders at the expense of the Albanian people. (not state yet) You see might makes right, thats how its always been in history.
The Kosovar Independece is a mistake corrected by the great powers wich the tables have turned to our favour in the 21st centry.

The wikileaks cables will not change the relationship between D.C. and Prishtina
that i can predict with 100% certanty.

Well Skiff lets see. 1. The american judge left because he did not agree with his masters. (Some politicians that want to keep Bondsteel for 99 years). I was right. 2. The ICJ ruled that the PROCLAMATION of independence (to say it) was ok according to international law. To break from Serbia was never mentioned and unfortunatly never asked either... (I may think they were cowards that did not dare to speak further but thats my opinion.) So scores in ICJ: 0-0. I was both right and wrong, sorry. And to make you disappointed, I am neither pro-serb or pro-alb. The thing I usually write is that it is impossible to take a bit of a sovereign state and make it independent without the consent of the majority, in this case Serbia. It has not succeeded and it will not succeed. Its doomed and you will see it. Why on earth do you think there will be negotiations again?? It will be interresting when the Wikileak cables from US embassy in Pristina are out. You will see what they say and we will discuss again if US are a friend or just want to have their base there. (I know some of the cables but not all). I´ll be back. :-)
