Ataman, I agree.
These people who agree to be "Drug Mules" put their lives in jeopardy especially if they ingest the stuff. Those trained know what behavioral patterns to look for..

BTW - that was a really interesting catch. Not sure, did you ever land in Belgrade. The customs control is fairly relaxed and people waiting for the relatives can even slip in into customs area to help move the bags. I guess simply that they make a quiet profiling of the passengers and know way before even the airplane lands what to expect. Customs knows for sure where you fly from and how did you buy your ticket. Someone with roots from the area will behave very differently and his three smuggled iPods for the relatives in Sarajevo won't ring the bells. He is probably not nervous either, just grumpy because of the long flight.

So I guess, they smell the dope by just looking at the passenger list. That lady got really lucky and she should learn how to sing "Боже правде".

- Number one, that her life was in the fact saved by the customs. Not sure, does she know about very strong acid which is all over human stomach and what that acid does do with plastic (or other) bags. Without medical help in merely few hours she would be dead like King Tuth.

- Number two, as a first-time offender and as a foreigner she probably will get away with a light slap on her hand: few years verdict, after few month deported back home, the rest of her term becoming a probation. In Singapore she would hang.
