Just as I thought. No one want to recognize Kosovo unless a reward of some kind is linked to the recognition. Well, after these leaks America is running out of "friendly countries" to bribe into recognizing the illegal theft of Serbian land.
(Mikael C, 1 December 2010 16:59)

--Actually this leak states the opposite. Russia bribed Qatar to prevent it from taking action and doing the right thing and recognizing the liberty of this Albanian land.

So according to Russia, Qatar shouldn't rush in recognising Kosovo; however Belarus and El Salvador should recognise Abkhazia and South Ossetia as-soon-as-possible???

I'm a little confused here...

Don't know, on some days the hedges multiply on B92 like on Wall Street.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedge_(finance)

But "Хедж" does not equal "ёж" - and there things begin to fall apart (not unfamiliar on Wall Street either)

But since I did not make that statement - no idea regarding Batman. ;-)

Or maybe that was Szemi? :-/

U.S. Espionage Act is a rarely used law from 1911. In the same year as the UK official secrets, and they have much in common. The current law can be used to prosecute those who leak classified information and publish that creates a national security risk. But experts say that the purpose of the act is first and foremost in the fight against espionage, and that has never been invoked

where is the link b92? let people make their own minde by reading.

(fez, 1 December 2010 11:40)

As far as I see, your link (#12) tells precisely what B92 did say. Qatar decided to keep good relationship with everyone and not upset anyone. Given the size of the country - a somewhat wiser position than of North Korea. Lucky Qatar - they do not have any Beloved Leaders (or whatever names will pop up for the series of Kim-s in the future).

Other question is, I in person have zero (or should I use a negative number?) "sympathies on recognizing Kosovo" - but understand, Qatar is a muslim country with close ties to USA and Kosovo.

"Meanwhile, Albanian language media in Kosovo are reporting that the WikLeaks cables include "668 confidential files sent by the U.S. embassy in Priština" - thought to contain "information about the situation in Kosovo and U.S. diplomats' opinions about local politicians"."

Interesting things to come! Looking forward to it...
