Funny statement of thaci.
That if he is elected again he will make sure to get visa liberalization for Kosovo.
Well,
Visa liberalization will not come for Kosovo unless those 5 EU members recognize independent kosovo.
But that I don't see to happen in the next few years.

I doubt that their refusal to recognize will stand in the way of the visa liberalization. Actually it would have been more important for them to have had it tied to Serbian liberalization, if they were wanting to make a true political stand on the issue.

What does anyone expect from the snake - more empty promises to the uneducated masses of Albanians in KiM. He came to power on lies and mirrors, and continues to operate that way. As the saying goes, A snake never changes its stripes. Anyway, something like that.

If Thaci really wins elections and Kosovo doesn't get visa-free travel (and it won't for sure), Albanians will blame EU, not Thaci. Hilarious. Albanians in Kosovo will soon realise they lived a hundred times better under Serbs than under their own ""elite"".

"The statement was Lunacek's reaction to Hashim Thaci's recent comment that, if he were reelected as prime minister, the EU would approve visa liberalization plan for Kosovo in the course of 15 months."

Yes, sure! Everyone vote for King Thaci, and visa liberalization will come immediately - and if you voto for someone else, it will never be granted.

What is so moving here: Lunacek is a typical neo-libsi greenpeacenik LGBT-shnik activist.... till it's not visa-free travel of Kosovars. Why not hold to her own principles? Spine problems? Visas are evil, introduced by some mentally ill and twisted politicians after WW-I. Before that millions of years passed.... without visa.

I expect from someone who is "green", active promoter of LGBT rights and liberalism to be 100% consistent and tell us straight, visas are evil and violation of human rights. There was not a single case in human history when a criminal was caught thanks to some sort of visa regime.

But visa regime gives the far cats the opportunity to pretend being important.
