@winston

good lord, the way you cling to a single line and leaps of logic you make are hillarious

the ICJ was perfectly clear and did resolve the issue... but it was a non-binding resolution. that is all.

what is different now, is that brazil will sidestep and never again say they are taking a "principled stance on internation law"... they cant of course.

no one can.

and that since serbia has REFUSED to legally challenge kosovo further...THAT is what the un resolution means. last gasp politics doomed to utter failure are all serbia has left.

enjoy.

Winston,

Where do you live and have you been in your entire life in Kosova.

You have always poor comments.

Kosova is independent.

Give me proof/fact or whatsoever that your government has any "rule" over Kosova.

The only thing they can do is:

1. Manipulate the Kosova-Serbs
2. Try to block the Kosova goods

But nothing, let me repeat, nothing of any influence within Kosova.

Keep on dreaming that you or any of you serbs will have Kosova back under Belgrade.

This will not happen!

Kosova, I love you!

Since the International Court of Justice failed to resolve the issue in its advisory opinion, the Brazilian government believes that the solution can only be achieved through dialogue," Jobin concluded.
Hello, Albanians, the International Court of Justice failed to resolve the issue in its advisory opinion on the Kosovo status. They merely stated that Pristina's declaration was not illegal, not on the legality of their proclaimed statehood. How does that make KiM an independent Albanian state? It doesn't. I think Albanians have a problem seeing the difference here. Whatever, it is good to see that Serbia has strong allies in up and coming world economic powers, while the Albanians have again, historically, picked the declining and less powerful allies. Will Albanians ever learn, or to do things on their own, and not attached to the apron strings of their so-called friends, that will soon dump them like yesterday's garbage.
