I am Bulgarian, and anyone who has half a brain would know that this is staged by the west. Its just as staged as the Arab spring.

They managed to turn Croats and Serbs against each other, they managed to turn Albanians and Serbs against each other and now the final people who have had no recent quarrels with the Serbs are being turned against them. My advice to the Bulgarians is not to believe the propaganda they tell them that their rights are being abused and if they really can't survive in Serbia come back to Bulgaria (although the economy is not much better here) and raise the Bulgarian percentage (right now we have 7% Turks and 4.5% Roma). Serbs are not the enemies and we should be allies instead of enemies. At first it was believable that the Serbs may have committed all those genocides against those people but after all this I can tell that to a large extent it was propaganda. Also rather unit instead of fight because once the Serbia has been fully divided, Serbia is currently Russia's strongest ally in the region, next it will be Macedonia and Bulgaria the second strongest allies. For all the Serbs out there this incident does not represent the views of all Bulgarians, this is just the view of a few nationalistic morons supported by the west.

Serbs are reaping consequences of their long-term nationalist expansion politics, where they tried to grab all neighboring nation's land. First it was Croatia attacked but croats defended themselves, then it was Bosnia where Serbs managed to occupy 49% and called their ethnic cleansed territory Republic Serpska.

It is no wonder all neighboring nations want to escape because they don't understand serbian explanation of 'democracy' term. For Serbs democracy means 'we are supreme nation and have right to rule all others'. Maybe it was ok to think like this in 18. century but today it is outdated at least.

This is the problem when the US, UK, Britain, Germany, France, the Dutch, and the rest of their allies allowed everyone to take a piece of Serbia. Serbs in Bosnia and Croatia have no rights to self rule, in Northern Kosovo, but it seems like for a while it was ok to allow Serbian territory to be taken. The Albanians in Kosovo split and now the Bosnians think they can get Sandzak by claiming the Serbs mistreat them and now the Bulgarians are playing the same game. It's only now that they protest and make these claims seeing that world opinion is more against Serbia than with it so they figure why not try. It won't work though, Kosovo was the final take. The international community is done and won't allow it.

BTW, if it's so bad, so oppressive, and so 'concentration camp' like, why don't you Bulgarians leave? Visa free travel people, you are free to leave. Funny though, Bulgaria and Sofia SUPPORT Serbia's EU bid and have good relations. I would think if Serbia was mistreating Bulgarians in such a manner that Sofia would raise that issue instead of supporting Serbia. Nice try liars.

i fully support the bulgarians. bulgaria must annex..
(mijari, 29 November 2010 07:13)

I bet you do.

Annexe is too heavy task for Bulgarians against us, to you it would be just impossible. Forget this word, it's not to be used by small fishes and chicken.

Bulgarians’ rights in Serbia are not threatened. Our ethnic minority can choose to go to school in their mother tongue, tradition and culture are also maintained. We only have economic problems here, just like in most parts of Serbia living is hard here"

So what is the problem then?
It was nice here in YU times but Serbia has economic problems now and suddenly the Bulgarians don't like Serbia anymore.
I say those 15000 Bulgarians can emigrate to there paradise country Bulgaria if they don't like Serbia.

I mean there must come a stop to this, first Montenegro Left Serbia then Kosovo Albanians want to try to cede, and then you have Zukorlic and his Bosnjaks, and now these Bulgarians too,
They have to understand that they are living in SERBIA, they chose to live here then do that and respect the country! The same laws and rules apply to everybody living there so stop this dividing of Serbia!!

The Attack followers also intended to stage a protest in front the Serbian embassy in Sofia yesterday but decided to postpone it since they did not get a permission to organize the protest.

Looks like their human rights are being violated in Bulgaria too.

Such a small number of Bulgarians living in Serbia and they want to turn the country into Bulgaria. Enough of this rubbish. If they want to live in Bulgaria they are welcome to move there.

" ...split from bulgaria and we know in your albania IVAN lol there is a 35% none albanian population so think twice. "

-- Leave it to the Serbs and nobody in Albania is actually Albanian; but only a bunch of deluded Greeks, Serbs, Montenegrin and Macedon who've been fooled into thinking they're Albanians. It is interesting that with so many non-Albanians in Albania there is none of this happening there; but this crap always happens in Serbia; and I mean always. If it isn't the bosnians, its the hungarians, if it isn't the hungarians its the Bulgarians, it it isn't them the romanians start complaining and if it isn't the romanians its the Albanians.
