Maybe this guy thought that Presov was Presevo, and thought that he'd be let free if he was smuggling drugs into a town run by his colleagues.

My question to you is why would your reaction first be to send this fellow to Singapore?? I trust it's a corny joke on your part especially since Slovakia was never colonized by Singapore and for that matter Singapore is supposed to have no jurisdiction over Slovakia.

For you Ratko as far as I'm concerned it's only SOME but NOT all Albanians who cause such trouble. In fact,if I can add, I'd rather instead deal with an Albanian practical joker;what I mean by that is that depending on my mood I could laugh it off if some Albanian youth(s) or little kid(s) jokingly throw snowballs at me or splash me in the pool or "greet" me by mildly kicking or punching me.

"The Slovak Justice Ministry during the time of the previous government of Prime Minister Robert Fico sent an arrest warrant for Sadiki and extradition request to Belgrade and not to Priština.

Then Justice Minister Viera Petrikova explained this by saying that Slovakia did not recognize Kosovo’s independence and that it considered it a part of Serbia. "

Very bizzarre country Slovakia!

albanian drug smugglers hard at work. In which ever society they live in they bring nothing but trouble and problems for local authorities.

wow, then why would you want to have Kosova(2mil Albanians) as part of Serbia?

This is very dumb of that Slovak Justice Minister. What does Belgrade has to do with Prishtina?
(Kosova-USA
Honestly, KUSA, you cannot be that dumb, can you? Anyway, seems there are quite a few Albanian criminals wanted by EU countries, FBI, CIA living freely in "Kosova". Pristina's number one import and export product, criminals.

"New Justice Minister Lucia Žitnanska sent request for Sadiki’s arrest and extradition last summer to EU and UN missions in the province, EULEX and UNMIK respectively."

My first reaction was: "let the guy be extradicted to Singapore. Singaporean justice system knows how to deal with cases involving 120 kg of dope."

But on the other hand let's be pragmatic. I mentioned many time, one day I want to take a shinkansen-style ultrafast train between Moscow and San Francisco. Every helping hand is appreciated to build the railroad across Siberia and Alaska. True, it's cold there - but forced labor makes one feel much warmer. And don't forget: hard labor can benefit mind and body and cleanse the sins.
