the talks will be about technical issues, such as commerce, minority rights, integration of minorites... etc

So it's up to Serbia to now teach you how to deal with commerce, minority rights (you may be right here), integration of minorities?

Arent the last two the same?

Anyways...These talks are only happening because there is some sort of progress to be made, that will benefit Serbia.

What can Kosovo offer to the table? Do you know of anything?

I think we should go in the negotiation table as soon as possible, but, as soon as serb officials bring in question the status, immediately denounce the meeting and stand up from the table ... serbs should know (as also guaranteed by EU) that this meetings will not be about status, contrary from what the serb officials want the serbian people to believe, the dialogue about status is over, the talks will be about technical issues, such as commerce, minority rights, integration of minorites... etc

Oli hold on of you're cards. Cause Albanians are not really interested to talk right now. We are going to talk when we think that we may talk. You really think that time is in you're side, think again.

Time is only on Serbia's side. Why don't you understand that these "talks" can only benefit the "people of Kosovo"? Serbia is a sovereign independant nation, Kosovo is not. Serbia is self reliant, Kosovo is not. Serbia has allies who are growing in strength and are having a stronger say on the global front, Kosovo has only dying nations on their side.

If you are so certain of Kosovo's capabilities, please enlighten me. I have asked ohhh sooo many times for sources in which it can explain the independant nature of this so-called "nation". Besides foreign aid (charitable-donations), foreign government hand-outs, AND foreign technical assistance, what does Kosovo have for a foreseeable future?

Kosovo citizens are concidered the poorest in Europe. Kosovo has NO natural resource and insufficient subsistence farming is too common. Please respond with sources and/or facts, and hold back on the "necessary" ranting, that I come accross far too much.

Which one comes first:
recognition of Kosovo from Serbia after talks or talks first and recognitin after.

Watch the talks stretch out for a decade. If Serbia did not recognize Kosovo in the first couple of years after leaving Kosovo then don’t hold your breath now. We are talking Kosovo on earth not the one in Albania land!

What should be on agenda for forthcoming negotiations with Kosovo Albanians?
1.Security that should include disarming of civilian population,2.Civil rights,
3.Economy.Agreement must be reached on all thee elements in order for negotiations to be successful. This is by no means small task. Its of paramount importance that EULEX and UNMIK snow the maturity and play honest broker in these negotiations. To begin with it must be understood, there shall be no loser only the WINNERS

The courageous Albanians (Illyriers) are second to none.

Boldly go where the future brings us.

Not scared, only the way forward.

That is an Albanian.

Sounds all nice and dandy, but you are terribly wrong. The "illyrian" lovers and greater-Albania enthusiasts are stuck 200 years behind, a time when that dream was squashed and all other societies actually moved ahead. You beleive you are innovators but you are in fact only slowing down your own advacement.

'He added that none of them were either ministers or state secretaries, but that they were also not "independent individuals" - rather, the negotiating team members "belong to the state apparatus in a broader sense of the term", Ivanović concluded. '

So they're sending reporters to negotiate???

Ministry for Kosovo State Secretary Oliver Ivanović stated for the newspaper that the details of the platform will still not be revealed to the public, because that would mean "revealing the cards before the match had started".

The very same game of Serbia like in 2005. This really tells about how "serious" Serbia is. These Oli's "cards" will have the same fate as those "more than autonomy less than independence cards" that were never revealed.

Fortunately guns won't be allowed in these negotiations so there won't be any recognitions. My question is, will ethnic Albanians find anyone suitable for negotiations in that case?

Now if you revisit your questions, you are in fact asking the same question twice, just worded differently.
