KFOR troops reduction "natural result"

Allied Joint Force Command Naples Commander Admiral Samuel Locklear said in Pristina that the reduction in KFOR troops will not affect security in Kosovo.

What kind of load of b.s is this? lol...A day later this was said by his cheif; "The real problem is the lack of economic development and unemployment that breed corruption and crime. Kosovo needs to overcome its dependence on international aid and start creating its own wealth,"-Zannier

I wonder if this Krasniq character actuallu lives in Pristina, or perphaps he's actually behind the whole mess, but on top of it all, what makes everything worse, is that most of his people ACTUALLY beleive him.

"The real problem is the lack of economic development and unemployment that breed corruption and crime".

This description fits many countries in the Balkans and around the world (including superpowers). It does not mean they need foreign troops to deal with the above issues.
