Tadić starts two-day visit to Croatia

Making peace is a human ACTION. Peace is not form of abstract notion in the far distance , it is real and at hand for countries , societies , families etc. In order to make peace , we have to MAKE peace. These two Presidents are behaving like the the great statesmaen of history. No doubt they will be ridiculed and attacked for what they are doing - but as history has shown - all great acts are violently attacked by mediocrity.

I tend to agree with yout there. But Id rather have 2 old style Yugoslavs trying to make peace than two extreme nationalists trying to wage war.

Finally we may have peace with these two presidents, they are both mature enough to drop their Balkan egos and reconcile.

I call this the victory over nationalism and hatred. The more we'll see them together, the faster these two balkanic brothers will achieve peave and reconciliation.
