An EULEX vehicle was damaged in an attack that happened in the vicinity of the EULEX headquarters in Priština, said a spokesperson for the EU mission in Kosovo.

Well, simple: EULEX is there to take care of law and order, and so the numerous criminal elements in Kosovo are against their presence. And even som political parties, probably with connections to oragaized crimes, oppose it.
