SPC Synod defrocks rebel bishop

Dunno what's going on inside the SPC, but this is quite a strange turn of events.

I'm impressed! A break in SPC! This is something spiritually exciting, something that I would not be able to have imagined happening in Serbia. I will be curiosly waiting how Serbs will take on this monumental shift, that is, if it ever takes off meaningfully.

There's no break in the SPC when Artemije leads a group of monks & nuns who are cloistered and have no congregation, ie: they dont interact with the public (or even the priesthood) like priests do, so only atheistic Albanians & Westerners who don't grasp clerical bureaucracy think that this is a big deal. But hey, think otherwise and you'll be disappointed just like after the ICJ & UN fiascoes this summer.
