How can a bunch of criminals hold an election? Just like america does it, with
"absentee ballots" stuffed in the box at the last minute.

Don't know what you actually mean about this. You must not really understand the election system in the US.
Anyone who is living outside the US or in the military etc can mail in an absentee ballot since they cannot vote in person, they must be postmarked by a certain date.
Absentee ballots usually represent less than 1% of the vote and eventhough they are counted the winner is usually declared long before they are opened.
Every now and then the results of an election are held until the absentee votes are counted but that is when the race is so close it could go either way. This is rare but typically it bears out that the leader usually gets the same % of absentee votes as from regular ballots.
I would say you could count on one hand the number of minor elections that have brought an underdog into the winning slot by absentee votes. If any major elections such as Governors or Senators has been decided this way, I do not know of them.
If you are thinking of the current Alaska Senate race, that is a totally different case scenario of "write in" votes and shows you do not understand the difference.

UUU, an article about diplomatic supervision of elections mixed with spicy gossip about wives. Politics and gossip go always together. I have an idea about a soap opera with Balkan politicians as main characters. In Spanish. Because obviously the best ones are in Spanish. Something along the lines of a boy and a girl loving each other, but their parents are political enemies, one of the parents might be Thaci and the other might be Tadic. With sudden revelations every 5 minutes, like "I'm your son" followed by tragic music.

"All this is being done against me by Hashim Thaci and his gang," Albanian language media are quoting Krasnici as saying."

Funny story, but most of all I like the wording "Hashim Thaci and his gang". That's how the 'government' in the independent dream state of Kosovo is called, officially? ;)
