Claims such as the ones this guy makes aren't entirely credible given what we've heard about Topcider etc in the past. Also, this guy's been the target of large and expensive arrest operations for several years now, all of which have come up empty. He probably is in Serbia/BiH/CG -- that's where most of the major ICTY indictees have been apprehended thus far. So -- why hasn't he been caught?
