there can be no doubt that this is simple, really simple propaganda.

the mere fact that this article is naming Pres Tadic as someone who still has not the courage to stand up "against nationalism" shows the true meaning of this article.

Pres Tadic is to be presented as a president who is serving the serbian cause.

what a joke.

B 92, you should do your work more properly, since this kind of "sping doctor"-games is only laughable.

just as a sidenote:
the number of poeple in Serbia, who are deeply bound to KiM ( Kosovo i Metohija, southern serbian province ) is not "relatively small".

that´s something Mr.Serwer and his comrades are either deliberately wrong about, or they simply have no clue.

but spreading the disinfo that this number of Serbs is "relatively small" is also, a helpless try to weaken the serbian resolve.

you failed, Dany-boy.

"USA's point was that US taxes currently are low enough that they can be raised (the rich will howl, the rest will grumble) and that this will help to pay off the "humongous debt" you're fixated on. When Clinton was president and the debt was getting out of hand, he raised taxes and, despite Republican predictions that no new job would ever be created again and that the world would probably end, the economy actually never did better. We not only wiped out the annual deficits but started paying off the debt. Then Bush was elected and cut taxes, increased spending, and started a couple of wars. Meanwhile, since he didn't believe in regulating the banks, they went crazy and ... here we are. We've dealt with this problem before, we'll do it again.

Well, as they say, the proof in the pudding is in the eating, right? You have reduced your taxes but whether that will translate into any debt reduction remains to be seen. Or will that encourage your government to increase spendings even more so that you are worse off than before. The writers are powerless nobodies without any influence in Washington. Their whining comes about every year or so now and nobody cares. The new Congress has to cut the military budget and has no appetite for military intervention to save ungrateful, anti-Christian Moslems no matter how many streets you name after the fool Bubba Clinton. Russia is not going to allow the destruction of the RS or Mitrovica even in the possible event Tadic survived long enough to really try it. So one more time: Russia will act, America won't act and the EU can't act. Actions matter more than words. RS forever. Get used to it.

I come here because there are too many like yourselves who dwell on negativity towards Albanians and towards the West and the Yankees as Iowe would say. Being an Albanian and Yankee at the same time and seeing that you concern yourselves throwing mud at both these sets of people I come here to bring some balance to the mouthpiece that B92 is for the likes of yourselves. B92's existence is of no importance. This could have been any other media or forum. It doesn't matter what its name is. As long as there is an English forum where the Serbs are given a free pass to belittle and chastise anything Albanian and American I wouldn't mind posting there; not to convince the likes of you or Iowe but to show those who stumble upon this site the other side and the amount of bitterness and BS that come out of you. Most of the things you say are out of hate and bitterness for the US and Albanians. I would be glad to point that out on any forum; B92 or not. Unlike B92 I do not know of any Albanian platform where the poster promote hate and bitterness towards Albanians and the US. Since I know of this one; I come here to point out the bitterness and hate that you seem to express without any reservation.

So the "Balkans can still be lost," can they? Lost to whom? Certainly not those who live there nor to 'true' friends like Russia. These so-called US and EU Balkan "experts" show their contempt for Serbs in their statements. All these clowns wish for is a Balkans that bows down to the west and cares nothing for the shared past of our peoples. They want a Balkans that is geopolitically dominated by the EU and USA rather than the most populous European population in the region: Serbs. Their goals are too transparent. Serbs should band together to insure this affront to our civilization never sees the light of day. The more I read about this kind of server, the less I like that configuration. Built on wrong architecture - that server simply sucks. Unfortunately for that OS - "honesty challenge" is what the entire kernel was built on.

Why do you come to B92, Johny? Is it because Albanian news sites do not offer you the openness to express your views that B92 does? If you do not like this site, please leave, and go to one of your censored Albanian sites. No one will miss you.

"The humongous Yankee debts? "

US has many debts but on average we pay less than 20% in tax. Compare that to EU with 40%-60% so a tiny adjustment and there it goes.

Never look at the top rates, they are deductions and other tricks. No one pays the full amount in taxes and the really rich pay 16% when in theory the tax rate is around 35%

No one can deny Serbs the right to self determination. EU integration is worth nothing if our people don't have freedom in their own land.

Jessen-Petersen and Serwer have worked on the Balkans for 15 years.

And learned nothing.

People like them guarantee that the Balkans remains an unsolved case. I wonder why this recipe for disaster must be repeated time after time...

seems to me like the bills are due , the overdue notices have been sent and the US and Eu are strapped for cash. They need a quick conclussion to the Balkans due to Iraq, Afghanistahn so they can concentrate on North korea and Iran.

I thought you Yankees are supposed to support freedom of speech and all that? Or does that apply only to those who wax lyrical about you guys? As for people who detest and despise you Yankees, well, you have only got yourselves and your too-clever-by-half government to blame!

Nations that like the US – Israelis and Albanians
Nations that dislike the US – the rest of the world.
Get the picture?

My point was that the US had accumulated massive debts as a country. I wasn't referring to how much individual Yankees pay in taxes. End of the day, your country's debts aer still yours and they ARE humongous -- http://www.federalbudget.com/

And there is no running away from your nation's debts unless the US chooses to default -- like what many individual Yankees did on their subprime mortgages a couple of years ago.

USA's point was that US taxes currently are low enough that they can be raised (the rich will howl, the rest will grumble) and that this will help to pay off the "humongous debt" you're fixated on.

Meanwhile your debt continues to balloon and balloon ..... your taxation strategies don't seemed to have shown any results thus far ...... here! enjoy! http://www.federalbudget.com/

there can be no doubt that this is simple, really simple propaganda.

the mere fact that this article is naming Pres Tadic as someone who still has not the courage to stand up "against nationalism" shows the true meaning of this article.
