It's a good time for a vote, right after the disappointing EC report. And enthusiasm for change seems to be running high, with the number of parties and lists that registered. 10 for the Serbs alone, a couple for the Montenegrins, at least one each for all the ethnic groups with stars - let's just hope it doesn't take as long as it did in Iraq to form a government out of all these enthusiasts.
Congratulations to all, but please do not bring digital technology to the votes. Universal suffrage should not be denied to any Kosovo citizens.
