Kosovo: Organ harvesting charges

Simply discousting. I wish i could take there organs out of this criminals and to see how they feel about it! Im from Kosovo but this make me feel so shame of myself. but i know there are good albanians in kosovo, but this small group of people i hope they burn in HELL

Sadly, we will never really get to the bottom of this horrendous episode in the Kosovo conflict, involving the KLA and elements of the International Community. Can anyone imagine the kind of human being that could even remotely collaborate on such a Mengele-like financial project? And yet, to add insult to injury, we have the Albanian trolls posting on this Serbian website day in and day out defending/denying the acts of their hateful psychotic nationalism.

Where is now the Albanian deniers brigade to comment on this article?! So after all the rumours were true but it seams they are trying to hush it down....
Nothing new there, after all it is hard to admit that you have supported the wrong side.

Well I have never had a firm position (other than being suspicious) on the yellow house allegations, but I still consider the case open.

What we can see here is that organ trafficking has gone on in Kosovo. And there is a possibility that some of these men were involved in or connected to the yellow house case, provided it happened.

I am glad that the people involved in this case will be brought to justice.

The KLA has it's roots in organized crime, you can Google that and see. I am not saying that all the recruits that fought for the KLA are criminals, but the leaders and organizers were. So why, may I ask, do the Albanians on this site so dismiss the possibility that the KLA was involved in organ-harvesting? Let's be honest here, Albanians are/were involved in all sorts of crimes all over the globe, and organ-harvesting being one of them. So are Albanians here saying that the KLA could not have been? Wake up, kiddies.

War, the state of chaos can null the human values totally and give "wonderful" opportunity to the most morbid to prosper..

Anyway, this is too close by location, by time, by "profession" or ethnic belonging to be not connected somehow to our matter.

I consider our military not capable if it can not act beyond the borders and silently take such a significant advantage of having those people before anybody else.. The Yellow House case should occupy the best scientists, investigators, forensics and other specialists we have, all together.

Waiting for someone else to fix your problem is giving the rights to be done his way and in his own interests.

This is VERY international business and there's huge number of foreign people involved in Yellow House case.. I just want to say that we should have several of those "in chains" long time ago in the interest of OUR own investigation.. Last time we were capable to do such a "things" was in 70ies.. Most respected countries are doing this all the time and anywhere.

This is simply a pathetic attempt to cover-up the involvement of the western-sponsored KLA criminals.

There is obviously overwhelming evidence to force the EU to press charges against the Albanians for organ trafficking in the first place. . .but notice how they do it.

Instead of targetting the KLA warlords-turned shady politicians (western-backed lap-dogs) they blame it on doctors (one of them a Jew!?!)

Instead of saying that the 'donors' were ethnic minorities and victims of the war. . .they claim that they were eager 'volunteers' living in object poverty.

Basically, they're trying to convince people that the horrific crimes committed by the KLA during the war. . .were effectively victim-less (donors received payment) and performed dutifully (donors welcomed at the airport) by misguided medical professionals.

Does anybody believe this new set of lies?

Whether the yellow house was correct or not, there appears to have been organ harvesting in Pristina organized by Kosovo Albanians. So, for all those individuals making fun of Serbs now because of the yellow house, the house may not have been yellow but the criminals were Kosovo Albanians and other thugs. This is clearly a black eye for Kosovo's Albanians. I ask all Serbs and other level headed individuals to spread this news on your Facebook or other accounts so that all Americans and other Westerners can read about these crimes, so they can know whom those individuals are they so desperately support.

There have been news articles and programs about this type of activity going on in other parts of the world as well, especially, India.

Poor people sell their organs in the black market. Most of the recipients are of course Westerners, which by definition makes these trafficking rings...well, international...or the KLA if you buy Nemanja's conspiracy theory.

As far as this incident goes, it looks like this filth didn't even have the decency to actually pay the organ "donors." I truly hope they spend the rest of their lives in jail.

Sadly, the fact that this happened and that the ring leader was actually a surgeon motivated by simple greed, only makes you wonder what some hardened fighters (and possibly crooks) full of hatred for the enemy might be capable of doing...especially with this kind of money changing hands.

I do want to believe that the whole "yellow house" affair is an improbable story, but it's certainly not an absurd story any longer.

So tone down your sarcasm, and finger pointing at Serbian propaganda, and let the authorities do their work. Albania has not been cooperative with the yellow house investigations, maybe some arm-twisting will be necessary? But then if the allegation were in fact proven to be true, the West would look very bad with their choice of allies. In any case, hopefully this hideous criminal group in Kosovo will be able to shed some light on organ-harvesting by the KLA during the war. Maybe these same criminals were involved with the KLA? We shall see. In either case, this is a very big black eye for Pristina.

And do you fanatic separatist Albanians still think that organ-harvesting was not done by the KLA during the civil war in KiM? I am glad that this news came out, so that the world can see the kind of people the West has chosen to support. Is there another country in the world where these fiendish crimes are done on an organized level? Wonder what the Snake's cut is per kidney?

Probably still investigating. It's a painful job, especially when official state organs of the envolved countries are trying to hinder the investigations and denying everything in advance instead of helping and supporting persons who try hard to find out the truth. Who knows, maybe the two cases are even somehow connected? One day, the truth will be found, be sure...

As for the trolls, no real investigation from 3 major international organisations was started on the Kosovar trolling watch.

Of course you believe it. You are desperate to find something to blame on the Kosovo authorities. There are not many direct flights into Kosovo. Unless it has happened in the last 2 years there are no direct flights from the US there either.
There are direct flights from Turkey, and I would say that Russia connects to Turkey, not sure Moldavia has an airport.

Kosovo is not the only place where this happens - there were similar stories out of Ukraine recently. There were also stories a couple of years ago about a group in New Jersey (Mike?) involved in the same business. India was notorious for a while - not only did they extract organs, but killed some of the "donors."

As long as the donors are the only ones involved in organ transplants who are not paid for their contribution, this will surely continue. Iraq, during the time of Hussein, used to be the best place to go for a kidney transplant. Both donors and recipients were kept in the hospital long enough after the operation to ensure that neither had any problems. Rushing because the procedure is illegal makes everything more dangerous.

You know the house in front of the cement factory that the Serb prosecutor saw. Your post makes no sense in answer to mine. I am referring to the Yellow House propaganda and the attempts to connect this with it. I believe this story to be true but the yellow house was nothing but a fabrication.
But this story is no more an indictment against Albanians than recent major arrests(drugs, human trafficking, etc) in Serbia are an indictment against Serbs.
As far as the "so many names" the article lists 5 Kosovo citizens and 2 foreign doctors which is a total of 7.

Oh, I got nothing against Dick Marty. My thing is with certain practices from Serbian state, and sometimes media. Remember some months ago? Actually it was Serbs that started the story and it was thoroughly investigated at that time. It was after her book in which she mentioned the allegations (among others during her tenure as prosecutor) that it was resurrected again by the Serbs. Again investigated and ruled an impossibility.

The problem is by trying to spin the story voids all credibility on the accusations the Serbs make towards their many enenmies.

Yes, Amer, since allegedly organ-harvesting has been done by others, besides Albanians, does make it seem less hideous of a crime, and more acceptable. These perpetrators are probably not even true Albanians, but some mixed breed of people.

Crime? Donating your kidney is not a crime! These people were not forced or kidnapped as some people with a sick imagination want to believe. However, these people were manipulated to donate their kidneys in return for cash.
I’m pleased that Kosovan police stopped this and hope that the Turkish Doctor and his Russian counterparts get arrested and end up in prison.
I understand the desperation of some to somehow make a link to their fantasies “of a yellow house”. What this story confirms is that this operations requires “foreign expertise” and unthinkable for a farmer in rural Albania to carry out. Though, i doubt this will make a change for some.
Anyway, I’m sure this story will pop up in some western media and somehow a link even as a speculation will be made to “the yellow house” and KLA in 99.

what do you want us more to do than what our state did:arrest the autors( not the real ones but because the turkish and israeli doctors who were supposed to practice these harvesting are not in custudy).

First of all, the crime for which these people are being charged is not "organ-harvesting" but performing illegal organ transplants and ordinary fraud. If no money had been involved, the surgical operation itself would have been completely legal. For some reason, it is illegal to pay organ donors - you can give away a kidney, but not sell it. This is simply a pathetic attempt to cover-up the involvement of the western-sponsored KLA criminals.

There is obviously overwhelming evidence to force the EU to press charges against the Albanians for organ trafficking in the first place. . .but notice how they do it.

Instead of targetting the KLA warlords-turned shady politicians (western-backed lap-dogs) they blame it on doctors (one of them a Jew!?!)

Instead of saying that the 'donors' were ethnic minorities and victims of the war. . .they claim that they were eager 'volunteers' living in object poverty.

Basically, they're trying to convince people that the horrific crimes committed by the KLA during the war. . .were effectively victim-less (donors received payment) and performed dutifully (donors welcomed at the airport) by misguided medical professionals.

Does anybody believe this new set of lies?

Oh, I got nothing against Dick Marty. My thing is with certain practices from Serbian state, and sometimes media. Remember some months ago? Every day about the yellow house, yellow house here and yellow house there, remember "Kouchner talked back at the journalist, so he must be guilty"? So now that there are rumors that the report has already been published, I was just asking for news, that is all. I will accept whatever it says. Far from me dictating what news an independent media outlet should publish, just asking here, just curious. Maybe these rumors aren't true, maybe they are.

Crime? Donating your kidney is not a crime! These people were not forced or kidnapped as some people with a sick imagination want to believe. However, these people were manipulated to donate their kidneys in return for cash.
I’m pleased that Kosovan police stopped this and hope that the Turkish Doctor and his Russian counterparts get arrested and end up in prison.
I understand the desperation of some to somehow make a link to their fantasies “of a yellow house”. What this story confirms is that this operations requires “foreign expertise” and unthinkable for a farmer in rural Albania to carry out. Though, i doubt this will make a change for some.
Anyway, I’m sure this story will pop up in some western media and somehow a link even as a speculation will be made to “the yellow house” and KLA in 99.

You pray that this is not true but people have already been named and more are being rounded up.
How do you explain this? How do you explain so many names already known? Do you think all these people are innocent and one day will sue for deformation of character? What about the doctor wanted by Interpol? Is he innocent too?

Maybe they are all innocent and the people investigating this are all Serbs wanting to blacken the Albanian name.

Your post makes no sense in answer to mine. I am referring to the Yellow House propaganda and the attempts to connect this with it. I believe this story to be true but the yellow house was nothing but a fabrication.
But this story is no more an indictment against Albanians than recent major arrests(drugs, human trafficking, etc) in Serbia are an indictment against Serbs.
As far as the "so many names" the article lists 5 Kosovo citizens and 2 foreign doctors which is a total of 7.
And in response to your implication that I am claiming this is a Serbian investigation trying to make Albanians look bad, everyone knows that Serbian investigators are not allowed within the borders of Kosovo so why would I think that?

According to the indictment, the victims came from Moldova, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkey and lived in extreme poverty or acute financial distress.
I am not sure there are any flights from Moldova or Russia to Kosovo. What did organ harvestors do, fly these poor souls around Europe till they found a plane to Pristina? Something is very suspicious here. I believe that the Pristina authorities are also involved in this heinous crimes, but the internationals are covering it up. Can you imagine the world's reaction to have Thaci and gang implicted in this, and the red faces that the US/EU would have?

Of course you believe it. You are desperate to find something to blame on the Kosovo authorities. There are not many direct flights into Kosovo. Unless it has happened in the last 2 years there are no direct flights from the US there either.
There are direct flights from Turkey, and I would say that Russia connects to Turkey, not sure Moldavia has an airport.

Sadly, we will never really get to the bottom of this horrendous episode in the Kosovo conflict, involving the KLA and elements of the International Community. Can anyone imagine the kind of human being that could even remotely collaborate on such a Mengele-like financial project? And yet, to add insult to injury, we have the Albanian trolls posting on this Serbian website day in and day out defending/denying the acts of their hateful psychotic nationalism.

Kosovo is not the only place where this happens - there were similar stories out of Ukraine recently. There were also stories a couple of years ago about a group in New Jersey (Mike?) involved in the same business. India was notorious for a while - not only did they extract organs, but killed some of the "donors."

As long as the donors are the only ones involved in organ transplants who are not paid for their contribution, this will surely continue. Iraq, during the time of Hussein, used to be the best place to go for a kidney transplant. Both donors and recipients were kept in the hospital long enough after the operation to ensure that neither had any problems. Rushing because the procedure is illegal makes everything more dangerous.

I ask all Serbs and other level headed individuals to spread this news on your Facebook or other accounts so that all Americans and other Westerners can read about these crimes, so they can know whom those individuals are they so desperately support.

The KLA has it's roots in organized crime, you can Google that and see. I am not saying that all the recruits that fought for the KLA are criminals, but the leaders and organizers were. So why, may I ask, do the Albanians on this site so dismiss the possibility that the KLA was involved in organ-harvesting? Let's be honest here, Albanians are/were involved in all sorts of crimes all over the globe, and organ-harvesting being one of them. So are Albanians here saying that the KLA could not have been? Wake up, kiddies.

Let's see, drug trafficking, human trafficking, weapon trafficking and now organ trafficking. Whether the yellow house was correct or not, there appears to have been organ harvesting in Pristina organized by Kosovo Albanians. So, for all those individuals making fun of Serbs now because of the yellow house, the house may not have been yellow but the criminals were Kosovo Albanians and other thugs. This is clearly a black eye for Kosovo's Albanians. KU, I don't think it was the "Serbian side" that made the initial organ-harvesting by the KLA claim. I believe it was former Hague prosecutor, Carla Del Ponte. So tone down your sarcasm, and finger pointing at Serbian propaganda, and let the authorities do their work. Albania has not been cooperative with the yellow house investigations, maybe some arm-twisting will be necessary? But then if the allegation were in fact proven to be true, the West would look very bad with their choice of allies. In any case, hopefully this hideous criminal group in Kosovo will be able to shed some light on organ-harvesting by the KLA during the war. Maybe these same criminals were involved with the KLA? We shall see. In either case, this is a very big black eye for Pristina.

Probably still investigating. It's a painful job, especially when official state organs of the envolved countries are trying to hinder the investigations and denying everything in advance instead of helping and supporting persons who try hard to find out the truth. what do you want us more to do than what our state did:arrest the autors( not the real ones but because the turkish and israeli doctors who were supposed to practice these harvesting are not in custudy).

Well I have never had a firm position (other than being suspicious) on the yellow house allegations, but I still consider the case open.

What we can see here is that organ trafficking has gone on in Kosovo. And there is a possibility that some of these men were involved in or connected to the yellow house case, provided it happened.

I am glad that the people involved in this case will be brought to justice.

Yes, Amer, since allegedly organ-harvesting has been done by others, besides Albanians, does make it seem less hideous of a crime, and more acceptable. These perpetrators are probably not even true Albanians, but some mixed breed of people.

There have been news articles and programs about this type of activity going on in other parts of the world as well, especially, India.

Poor people sell their organs in the black market. Most of the recipients are of course Westerners, which by definition makes these trafficking rings...well, international...or the KLA if you buy Nemanja's conspiracy theory.

As far as this incident goes, it looks like this filth didn't even have the decency to actually pay the organ "donors." I truly hope they spend the rest of their lives in jail.

Sadly, the fact that this happened and that the ring leader was actually a surgeon motivated by simple greed, only makes you wonder what some hardened fighters (and possibly crooks) full of hatred for the enemy might be capable of doing...especially with this kind of money changing hands.

I do want to believe that the whole "yellow house" affair is an improbable story, but it's certainly not an absurd story any longer.

First of all, the crime for which these people are being charged is not "organ-harvesting" but performing illegal organ transplants and ordinary fraud. If no money had been involved, the surgical operation itself would have been completely legal. For some reason, it is illegal to pay organ donors - you can give away a kidney, but not sell it. As usual, where there is a willing seller and a willing buyer (as with drugs), an intermediary will be found to arrange the transaction. Until fairly recently it was common for Israelis to go to Turkey for such procedures. That source can apparently not meet the demand now, and new sources are being recruited. Since it is both illegal and highly profitable, organized crime is getting involved. As in the case of drugs, simply changing the rules to allow payment would eliminate the organized crime connection, lower prices, and improve quality. While there may be arguments about whether it is wise to decriminalize drugs, I can't see any compelling reason not to decriminalize paid-for organ transplants. The only thing that would be lost is an occasion for hysteria.

Anyway, this is too close by location, by time, by "profession" or ethnic belonging to be not connected somehow to our matter.

I consider our military not capable if it can not act beyond the borders and silently take such a significant advantage of having those people before anybody else.. The Yellow House case should occupy the best scientists, investigators, forensics and other specialists we have, all together.

Waiting for someone else to fix your problem is giving the rights to be done his way and in his own interests.

This is VERY international business and there's huge number of foreign people involved in Yellow House case.. I just want to say that we should have several of those "in chains" long time ago in the interest of OUR own investigation.. Last time we were capable to do such a "things" was in 70ies.. Most respected countries are doing this all the time and anywhere.
