Eulex and KFOR are the bosses there, not the KLA separatists.

I'm sure Albanians are very thankful for you recognising once again that Serbia is not in charge...

The temporary thug KLA'ers in Pristina can play democracy and set up elections all they want. They will be gone soon, and negotiations between the EU and Belgrade will eventually reach a status solution that is agreeable to all sides. What in the world do the Albanci in KiM have to offer the Serbs in these elections? Eulex and KFOR are the bosses there, not the KLA separatists.

"Don't vote. Don't make yourselves toys of people who are fundemantaly working against your interests. If Serbs vote under these circumstances, they give a sign you can do everything with them, so you don't have to consider their demands.

Unless you are one of those who live there, it doesn't really matter what you think. They should do what they feel is in their best interests, not yours, mine or anybody else here.

Difficult. If they don`t vote, they will not be represented when the talks between Belgrade and Pristina begin. According to 1244 Belgrade is not ruling there, so they cannot represent them. That could be a boomerang to BG.

We Serbians give freedom to those who would like to participate in parallel ethnic Albanian elections but we are also aware that only a small percentage will vote.

However, if Kosovo Albanians voted in legitimate Serbian elections, well, we all know they would likely end up dead.

These elections are in preparation for negotiations with Serbia. Ethnic Albanians need competent people to work out a deal paving the way to lasting peace. The current mob are no-where near that standard so lets hope we get the right people.

Parliament Speaker Slavica Đukić-Dejanović stated on Wednesday that Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija should decide for themselves whether or not to vote in the elections in the province

Now, this is a smart statement.
People, should make their own decision, rather than some politician sitin comftarbly in Belgrade to tell them what to do.

"...the Serbs are urged to restrain from voting as the 2010 elections are organized by the provisional Kosovo institutions, which makes the voting conditions inappropriate."

No wander why Serbia wants to frutrate the whole proncess and is not interested in real peace talks. If I know that somebody wants to frustate me better no to talk to.
