The status of Kosovo is obviously less important to the EU, than getting Serbia on its way to joining the block. KiM's status, and many other uncertainties, will be resolved in upcoming negotiations between Belgrade, Brussels, DC and Pristina. Kosovo is not going anywhere, literally, but Serbia is heading at full speed towards EU membership. Not that I would be in a hurry to join this decaying union, but Serbia must play this game for now, until it gets back on its feet economically. CCCC.

"But of course, this is about Serbia's EU candidate status, it has nothing to do with Kosova.
(Zoti, 9 November 2010 15:47)"

Don't fret about "Kosova". It is already in the EU ..... as EU's servant via EULEX.
