“EC report to serve as road map”

Some one explain to me why joining the EU is a good thing for Serbia. Personally I think it is a trap. The Serbian have always made it on their own why become a servant to Brussels?

Is it just me, or does anyone else here get nauseous when you hear these Eurocrats speak. Who gives them this holier than thou, judgmental authority? What a bunch of miserable, self-serving hypocrites. I loathe this union, and wish that Serbia's government kept them at arms length. Be friendly with them, but please, do not become a part of this decrepit club.

This is not just in Europe but everywhere in the west. It’s as if only the puerile and incompetent are capable of holding office or gaining high positions while the able are thrown to one side.
An academic friend described it to me in nautical terms “the west is like a ship listing, but instead of install an experienced captain they appoint a court jester to solve the problem”. That is one of many reasons Asia is on the rise and the west is in decline.
Personally, I just call these Eurocrats buffoons and I pray that Serbia never joins this club for lunatics.
