When you are forced to put on life support Srpska while the Serbian tax payers get poorer and leaner from the transfusion to Srpska. The sale of Serbian assets and the moneys of it mysteriously disappear in to a black hole. I see Dodo of Srpska is not suffering for want he looks very plump in pictures.

"Serbia must be very hard up for money."

There's nothing here about Slovenia paying Serbia for this, so where's the money? Unless you are talking about the fees Serbia pays to keep the Rome embassy open and working.
But notice how the Slovenian will say there's no need to share once it gets its way. Slovenes are not friends and allies and only want to help themselves and will be unfair towards others.

Asked to comment on President Boris Tadić's idea that Serbian and Slovenian diplomats could share diplomatic and consular branches in third countries, Pahor said that Slovenia did "not see a need for that."
