The west even though might pull out its forces from Kosovo, will not hesitate to arm Kosovo.

Plans for other pipelines going through Albania for natural gas and oil, are also on the way.

Now if Russia is there to do business, believe me it is not going to start or support a conflict, no business is conducted sucessfully in a destabilized area, indeed it might want to end it by sealing Kosovo independence in SC. South Streem is a good carrot for it.

One thing is for sure, by 2020 Serbia will not face an unorganized, badly trained and badly armed guerilla force....like u did in 1999, this is only common sense, so one thing u can say for sure, is that things will never get easier for you.

Seems like there's a little more to it than that, since Thaci encouraged his party to support the no-confidence vote. Calling for snap elections gives him the best chance (the papers are saying) of winning the election that would have to be held after Sejdiu's departure in any case. And it shortens the time the government is in limbo - it seems to be a sensible political maneuver, even if it looks a little unorthodox.

The Albanian government collapsed - may it never rise again. These corrupt gangsters cannot even get along amongst themselves, more or less the people they supposedly represent. You can do all that with plain old Windows - all you have to do is set it up. If you want to get the ë [;] and ç [ [ ]for Albanian (or the Cyrillic or the Georgian alphabets) here's the road map (for XP - it's probably slightly different for the newer versions):

Start - Control panel - Regional Settings - Languages - Details - Installed services: Add - Input language (select, ok) - Key settings (select combination of control keys and no. - "7" is handy for your most commonly used language because it's easy to reach) - ok,ok,ok,ok.

Well, I can't use even the regular nick and I am well aware, what I am saying is really baaaaad.
But as "honorary" Albanian you should try what 99% of Serbs and Albanians do: do illegal and bad things.

(Unless you have money to buy the "real" hardware). These "bad things" do work, sometimes better than the original.

The general perception here is: "if you do it right, you do it illegally". Indeed. I spent good $250 on a Tom-Tom, than good $100 on all kind of maps which promised to work.

The first thing all this legal and official combination did was to lead me in Bremerhaven to a non-existing bridge and asked me to drive straight into canal. It didn't warn me in some areas of the city that they are off-limits because being a "duty-free" zone. Driving in is not a problem, driving out with a car having US plates but no paperwork is a problem. At the end the customs knew - there is a sucker in the city who is driving around with really stupid GPS. So they got used to that...

Using the same unit in Serbia / KiM was even bigger fun.

At the end I decided to be a really bad boy. So I went to eBay and bought a Garmin GPS from a semi-legal Turkish store. Turned out, the store is less Turkish, more like belonging to some Albanian and Georgian guys. The GPS arrived as promised. I was told to look at the Piratebay for more help regarding Serbia/Kosovo i Metohija / Ukraina. Indeed. Downloaded what needed. Everything works! (And nothing was legal). Typical Balkan: you do everything legally and think you save headache - you are wrong!

In your case and OS you know, what I do mean... try it, it works.
