“Big reward won’t help arrest Mladić”

Analysts doubt that a decision to increase reward for reliable information about two remaining Hague fugitives’ whereabouts will yield results.

why the U.S. with all their power, after spending billions, after killing thousands people, after bombing, searching, occupying etc.etc. have not been able to arrest Osama Bin Laden?

Truesam, Mladic sent to death more than 8000 boys and men in 3 days!. This is not enough to you to differentiate him from others?

He has not been found guilty yet, do I have to remind you?.. This is the point I am making. These days the justice system isn't about justice at all, and only about "saving-face". No wonder Mladic is on the run, if he was wanted by a Belgrade court or any LEGIT one for that matter, he would have no reason to hide.

Who cares!?!?!?!!??? Is finding Mladic really going to make any difference to anyone in the Balkans??

Why is everyon who "HATES" him,, ( and yes its in quotations), giving him so much fame and glory?

He is 1 man, who didnt do anytihng different than from what any other general would have done. What makes Mladic sooo special is what REALLY interests me.

There are many theories about Mladic and Karadjic. I have heard that Mladic does not want money to surrender to the Hague – how true this is I don’t know. However, I do know that every other person in the Hague has received a payout for surrendering and that’s not an idle statement. I also heard that Karadjic’s family got millions of Euros after his surrender and the so called arrest was only staged for the world media. What is commonly known is that Karadjic was tired of hiding.
What I also know is that both men are wanted by the US not because of any “crimes against humanity” but for making the US look like an absolute fool on the world stage which later Iraq and Afghanistan proved beyond any reasonable doubt.
If Mladic does not want to surrender then it’s going to be very difficult for any government in Belgrade to arrest him because of the overwhelming support from the populace.

it’s a very cheap marketing trick,” he concluded.

Absolutaley right, it is a very cheap trick. When there is a will , there is a way. The same thing was going on with ratko Mladic, and one day out of nowhere he was arrested. halleluja.

A multi-million dollar reward hasn't produced bin Laden, and one wasn't necessary for Saddam, so I wouldn't get too excited about this. What might work is putting out age-progressed pictures of the two of them - they might be difficult to identify from the old photos still being used.

"A cheap marketing trick", or not, the increase in the reward will not bring results. I have stated several times here that I do not believe Mladic has even ben in Bosnia or Serbia for a long time. Do people think he is that stupid, especially when he saw Karadjic arrested? Ratko is either sipping vodka and eating caviar, or playing chess with fugitive Croatian officers in Montevideo.
