"True dialogue after Kosovo elections"

Kosovo Albanian Deputy PM Hajredin Kuci says "true dialogue with Belgrade" will start after the forthcoming early elections in Kosovo. As opposed to what other kind of dialogue, Kuci? Maybe the historic lies of how "we poor Albanians have been so oppressed by the evil Serbs for throughout history" (after we stopped oppressing them when the Turks left, oh yea, and that time we joined up with the Nazi's). Good to see the Albanians at least state that they will be honest.
