Jacques Barrot predicts Serbia's EU accession within 5 to 7 years following its formal application. But what would he know? He's only European Commission's Vice-President:

Serbia has no chance of joining the EU before 2020.

and albania probably not till 2050 thats a reality until they are giving rights to the 35% none albanians in albania and more rights and freedom. as for serbia it will be in in 2012 sorry to the albanians that are so mad at serbia loool
