Any gov is responsible for the wellfare of every single of its citezens...as long as some one is holding a serbian passport ,it doesn't matter which ethnical background he or she belongs to ... as for kosovo albanians having serbian passport, i think beograd should be more responsible and not distribute passports to neighbouring countries' citizens.It is funny how beograd blames other ethnicities for seeking asylum in EU, ...does it really matter for EU authorities wether the one who asks asylum is serbian or albanian if the person in this particular case is holding a passport delivered by the serbian official authorities ? I don't think a french official would ever distinguish a serbian from albanian by reading the name ... Here it is what writes in almost any passport:

Many Governmental personalities miss the significance of a passport...and they start saying things like this ethnicity that ethnicity, the same vocabulary used back during the wars in 90s...a passport is a state property, and...as such, any abuse with it puts in doubt the authority of the state.

Albania will have the White Schengen in the end of this year.
Kosovo will have the road map to the end of this year at latest.

Now, Albanians are abusing Serbia's visa-free travel. They go to countries seeking economic asylum. Again, they bring nothing of value to European countries, only looking to exploit and take. Europe is cracking down against this now, as we can see from the French actions, and especially what Merkel said the other day about multi-ethnic societies. Why don't K Albanians stay in Kosovo? They wanted independence, and now they want to flee.

And a big amount of these "asylum seekers" are people from Kosovo, who are happy to still have a Serbian passport to be qualified to travel freely to the EU.
I think the chance to get an asylum granted is near to 0% for people from these countries - they are nothing but economic refugees.

First of all it only takes a few seconds to do a spellcheck. Secondly when criticising a system and showing that the education system of your country is poor (bad English) is hardly an example.
Serbia and Macedonia are not currently in the EU hazel so that is another factual (or lanuguage) error. And the reality is that Serbia and Macedonia are no worse in many respects than Bosnia or most countries of the region including countries like Bulgaria that are in the European Union.
The real story here is how the EU wants to prevent the Roma and a smaller number of Kosovo Albanians and Serbs from claiming political asylum in western countries.
This is a red hot topic in EU countries and thus pressure is being applied to Serbian and Macedonian governments.

Any gov is responsible for the wellfare of every single of its citezens...as long as some one is holding a serbian passport ,it doesn't matter which ethnical background he or she belongs to ... as for kosovo albanians having serbian passport, i think beograd should be more responsible and not distribute passports to neighbouring countries' citizens.It is funny how beograd blames other ethnicities for seeking asylum in EU, ...does it really matter for EU authorities wether the one who asks asylum is serbian or albanian if the person in this particular case is holding a passport delivered by the serbian official authorities ? I don't think a french official would ever distinguish a serbian from albanian by reading the name ... Here it is what writes in almost any passport:
''The Government of the Republic of Anywhere hereby requests the authorities where the bearer of the present passport is present, to afford the beare every assistance and protection as may be neccesary''
Many Governmental personalities miss the significance of a passport...and they start saying things like this ethnicity that ethnicity, the same vocabulary used back during the wars in 90s...a passport is a state property, and...as such, any abuse with it puts in doubt the authority of the state.

Not exactly intelligent comments by previous posters.
First of all it only takes a few seconds to do a spellcheck. Secondly when criticising a system and showing that the education system of your country is poor (bad English) is hardly an example.
Serbia and Macedonia are not currently in the EU hazel so that is another factual (or lanuguage) error. And the reality is that Serbia and Macedonia are no worse in many respects than Bosnia or most countries of the region including countries like Bulgaria that are in the European Union.
The real story here is how the EU wants to prevent the Roma and a smaller number of Kosovo Albanians and Serbs from claiming political asylum in western countries.
This is a red hot topic in EU countries and thus pressure is being applied to Serbian and Macedonian governments.
