Serbia has not been combating bullies and hooligans the right way so far, Defense Minister Dragan Šutanovac told B92 in Belgrade on Thursday.

I am beginning to tire at seeing the use of the word hooligans.
these "hooligans" ARE the serb people. they are not even on the most extreme end end that serb leadership have catered to for decades.
why do they "suddenly" get a cute name as if they were not there all along?

Since when does Eu intergration have to do with hooligans? Every country in the EU has soccer hooligans.

any DM in any country making comments about hooligans, it means one thing only and that is: "DM is ready to declare Marshal Law". dealing with hooligans and any other crime is a police matter, and not military.
